We stayed in the 1930's apartment. it was spacious and comforable and very well equipped for most necessities that may occur when in self catering accommodation. Very quiet, with only the occasional sound of guests in the garden of a neighbouring restaurant. It was nice to be able to sit on the balcony to eat breakfact and enjoy the pleasant view. Lots swallows darting around - which seems a characteristic of Krakow generally - and which we enjoyed. We stayed one week and the bedding was changed once - though the kitchen and bathroom were cleaned every other day and the bins emptied. Excellently located in the Old Town, but also within easy reach of Planty Park - which is like a pleasant walking 'ring road'around the old town, and also the train and coach station if required for day trips. We found it difficult to work the TV. The owner could usefully provide instructions to make this easier for those who enjoy to watch some TV in the evening, as we do.

Great location. If youre flying in, dont rent a car. Taxi to the hotel. Everything is within walking distance.

Wonderful, spacious townhouse with plenty of character and brilliant location. We had a brilliant stay with excellent service, here are a few tips and pointers that will help you. The reception is NOT manned, we were made aware of this several times in advance of our stay and they rang us on the day to arrange a time for them to be there and great us. Barbara was absolutely excellent, super friendly and spoke excellent English. She was available by phone throughout the stay if we needed her, although everything was so good that we didn't need to use her services further. If you need to park the car, they had an arrangement with a local parking area which was manned. Note this this is easy to drive past so please see the picture I've enclosed. You need to drive through the archway into the car park. The archway is tight. We got a big car through it, but there wasn't much room either side. The lady i the car park speaks little English, but we were able to communicate with her. The balcony is nice, but doesn't overlook anything very pretty so we didn't use it. The cooking area is good and well stocked for cooking items, however although there was a coffee machine, make sure you get some coffee and milk as this isn't provided. The location is fantastic, 2 minutes to the main square but in a quiet area. Good local restaurant, we particularly recommend Domowe Przysmaki 20 yards away with good service, good prices and traditional food.

Wow, the place was fantastic! Beds were so comfortable and the showers were amazing! Just as pictured. I would strongly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again!

The only problem (which was a big one for us as non-smokers) was the smell of tobacco in the common corridors but partly also in the apartment because of the ventilation (especially in the bedroom on the second floor).

the location was really convenient, right at the edge of the old town - the St Mary's Church and Christmas market is like 5-minute walk from the apartment! service is top notch and Dominika is very responsive. my friend and I also like the decor of the room very much~

We stayed in The Poets room. It is one flight up from the street. The room was beautiful and spacious. We never really used the full kitchen. Although there is no full-time desk staff, they are available quickly if you need them. The room was cleaned everyday. It is a very short walk to the main square. Lots of great restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. I would definitely stay at this location if I return to Krakow.

We stayed in the Loft - on the top floor, and this place was great - meticulously clean (even under the beds), light & bright, the AC was a dream, the owners were sweet, and the locations was ideal - right next to the Old Town Square, and across the street from Zabka, a convenience store. It's a 7-minute walk from the parking lot, but if you take an Uber, I think they can drop off closer than that (but not right in front). It was ridiculously clean, and the bathrooms were nice, with wall heaters for hanging wet towels. The beds were comfortable & bedding was fluffy, clean, crisp, white, down-filled, and perfect. The sights & sounds from the 2 living room windows were divine.

Superb location close to Market Square, enormously spacious apartment and very attentive service, especially from Klaudia who organised a doctor to visit and treat my wife who had developed pneumonia. Thank you!

The apartment was what I expected and it was so very charming and clean and gives you a real feel for the charm of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were unbelievably soft yet amazingly supportive. I have never slept so good in a bed thats not my own! I want these pillows! It was very quiet which considering the road outside was being dug up, we didn't hear a thing. Although the reception isn't always manned, you are still able to contact the team and they are very responsive. They booked our transfer back to the airport with no issues at all and so punctual. Perfect service! Only little comment is that the reception area downstairs is quite smoky at times and it does seep a little into the apartment but even though we are non smokers, it didn't really bother us. We just had such an amazing time that is was so insignificant. We will most certainly be back! Wonderful.
