Our first room had some black things on beds wasn’t sure what it was went to ask for another room and we got moved everything was fine then. They have a 2nd floor but no elevator

Very pleasant folks! Older, but well cated for property. Convenient location. The pool needed swept, however.

The hotel and rooms were very nice but people smoking on the porch where we had to walk past to get in the hotel made for an unpleasant experience. We could not even enjoy sitting on the porch because of this.

The outside looks a bit rundown I had 2 different rooms, both were fine, one had mold/damage/peeling wall in the bathroom, but otherwise nice rooms Breakfasts are great (unless guests abuse the privilege, then they run out of things) Overall a good stay good value barely anyone uses the pool

This is a good quality, dependable, roadside motel just off of the interstate. The breakfast met our needs. Internet speed is poor to marginal.

Can’t say enough about how pleased we were with our stay here. Staff was friendly, rooms were very clean, and the all around atmosphere was very welcoming. Hot breakfast in the morning was a great surprise, and all of the food was very fresh.

This motel is tucked in the middle of several fast food restaurants, behind an Aldi and another hotel. It's a little difficult to locate after driving several hours, my brain was fuzzy. Check in was pleasant, fast and easy. The room was clean and the pillows on the bed were perfect. There was some water damage by the tub that detracted from the overall effect. The towels were thin and cheap. The view from my room was the back of Aldi's , and cracked blacktop. Breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravy were served on the buffet. A new thing for me, very good! All in all, a decent place to spend the night.

Doesn't have handicap accessibility as far as I could tell. Had to drag my luggage up a flight of stairs to enter the building.

Great value for the money. Nice breakfast. Very clean. Walk to Walmart. Staff very friendly. There are steps at the front door - assume there is a side door for wheelchairs.

We have been to this hotel several times in the past when it was the Auburn Inn and a lovely hotel. As the years have gone by and owners/managers have changed this hotel has gone downhill. It is worn out and no one seems to care. The past manager Peter Patel just let the place go.
It seems the current owners Sure Stay aren't doing much with it either. The sheets and blankets were so old and worn out. I had to ask for another blanket as it was ripped up really bad. I wonder why that would not be thrown out.
The window screen was ripped and the draperies on that window were filthy and old. It seems as if this hotel has changed to a construction worker accommodation.
They used to have a lovely suite available that now houses a family full time. It was a shame to see how bad this place has gotten. Goodbye old friend. We won't be back.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The toilet had the lowest flush power I've ever experienced and the water control knob for the shower/tub was very loose. I could not plug the sink to shave. The breakfast selection choices were bare minimum. It was the smallest I've seen in over 20 years.

Lots of stuff broken like door locks and not that clean. Looks like they’re not spending much on maintenance. Guess you get what you pay for! Can’t imagine how this place got an 8.8 rating? Makes me question Hotels.com ratings
