In all the years at Hilton hotels they were excellent!!! Since Covid and still I’ve seen a dramatic change in cleanliness, service and they need to change up the breakfast, we’ve stayed usually at Hampton Inns

Enjoyed the location and amenities which included a moderately heated pool and great breakfast. Loved the location, next to rite aid, near many food options, and quick drive to any hiking location.

Service was great, the place was clean, and had multiple options for breakfast. Did not have a hot tub which would have been nice after a cold day in New Hampshire. Overall a great experience

Was in bed when wife noticed a big bug jump from bed to tv. That had us up shaking bed checking for more bug. Couldn’t sleep rite for rest of nite. So for this I’m leaving this review. Excepted lot more from the Hampton inn

Great stay. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property— being pet friendly. I was shocked that while Hotels.com found us a great, pet friendly hotel, it did not disclose the added $75 pet fee (non-refundable) that was due at check in, in addition to the price paid online.
Besides having to pay the added fee, we enjoyed our stay! Good selection at breakfast—with cinnamon roll waffle batter. Decent area to take dogs potty behind the property (no fenced in area). It was clean too.

The staff were easily the highlight. They were so kind and so wonderful with our baby. The hotel itself was new, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent - right in town. We'll definitely be back!

The overall hotel appeared clean however, our room smelled of urine when the heat was turned on.

Staff and management people were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Rooms and property was clean and safe. Nothing negative to say. We enjoyed our visit.

The staff were professional and friendly. Really felt they cared about my stay. Breakfast was tasty and well laid out. The only issue was a broken pool heater that was on order, unfortunately we were not able to use the pool due to the cool temperature. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great. Was supposed to be an indoor heated pool, but it was freezing, only my 7 year old was willing to swim. Even after telling staff, the whole time we were there, nothing changed.
