Great property very well-maintained cleaned and the staff was amazing and so accommodating. I felt like I was a queen in a five star resort with my daughters.

When I arrived at hotel, I was charged again for my stay. It was later reversed after calling Hotels.com but it should have never happened. And I didn’t appreciate the clerk and later the bellhop knocking on my door around midnight. Before arriving, I talked with Maria about transportation from the airport. I wasn’t told that they were calling me a taxi which was more expensive than the ones at the airport.

Spent the weekend for a wedding. The location was amazing, the pool was wonderful and the on site amenities were fantastic. I will return just to enjoy the resort.

Secure and pleasant resort with great facilities and helpful staff. The pools are great, including for young kids. I was very, very impressed with the quality and price of the food, so much so I ordered some dishes more than once. My original room didn’t have great WiFi but they moved me very easily upon request.

This place was really nice and people were really friendly. Food was really good, especially the salmon and ceviche. Good place to relax.

It was nice but there was a bug moving around on the floor in my last day which was interesting. Good service, nice guys though.

Hotel seems outdated but rooms are OK. Good they have 6 am to 10 pm restaurant service.

Eddy greated us as we walked to reception for the check in process, very professional and attentive. The room was nicely situate next to the outdoor dining area and close proximity to the pool, spacious and clean. Andres was our pool attendant and was the second time he had been our server, he is the best! Always there when you needed another drink, very hospitable and was always on top of everything. The pool needed to be cleaned and the jacuzzi needed to be even more, this was our 4th time there and as we go because of the pool but perhaps we will think twice before returning... We stayed overnight since it was about 30 minutes away from home and because we wanted to indulge in some "Sunday funday" with drinks and sun next to the pool. Food overall was just average, nothing to really note, the breakfast was included, again nothing to write home about but was offered. Overall, it was a 3 out of 5

A good hotel, a top STAFF. The place is clean, restaurant is good. pool is clean and nice. We stay 2 nights during a trip in motorcycle. perfect to relax.

an older style hotel with rooms being single level bungalows. Nice big pool, close to airport, and not too far from restaurants and centre of town by taxi . Ok breakfast. We did not eat other meals there.
