What is not to like, quiet good rest!!

By far one of the best hotels in the area, i stayed in almost every hotel in cotulla and that one is the best, it's not the Ritz-Carlton or any expensive high-end hotel, but it's perfect, the rooms are clean and they smell great, it's quiet and the staff is friendly, they have a gaming room with a pool table and poker set up for you to use, the pool is good and they have a area with couple of smokers if you want to kook some meat, right beside there's a gas station that it's been rebuild and a steak house with incredible food and a bar behind, it's affordable and the breakfast is included, i really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel

Was very disappointed in the service i received the desk clerk was very rude when I walked up was not welcome with a good greeting.

Forgot my Theraputic Pillow , called to to staff never would return my calls . Value of my pillow 125. Staff could never give me any information. They would only tell me they would call me back never did.

Reasonable pricing. Staff was excellent, they were all very friendly. Room kinda smelled tho. Was tolerable, but could use a good deep cleaning. Breakfast was amazing, had several different foods.

Bed was very uncomfortable plus I reserved a king got a queen.

First the front desk lady couldn’t find me in the system. I showed her my confirmation. She asked if I booked with Expedia or booking? I said Hotels.com took her a several minutes to figure it out. When I arrived it was close to 4pm. I sent my daughter up to find the room since it’s on the 2nd floor. So I could park close by. Then my daughter tells me they are cleaning the room. So we park and that’s inconvenience because the rooms should be cleaned before check in which is 3pm. It’s not like they had a huge turn over. Then we got to our room and then our toilet was clogged. I went downstairs to tell the receptionist. She seemed nice. Thankfully nothing else happened.

Very pleased with our stay at the Cotulla Whitten Inn, staff was helpful and friendly. Easy parking for my truck and cargo trailer. Very clean and comfortable rooms and premises.

The Room was comfortable the staff was excellent the only problem was the breakfast but still very Good value.
