The room was very comfortable and the staff were great. My only complaint is that the room itself was rather dark. There were lots of lamps around, but no overhead lighting. There were also a limited number of easily-accessible electric outlets, making it challenging to charge multiple devices at once.

Overall not too bad. Big complaints were that the bartender was very rude and the shower ran out of hot water in five minutes (also no conditioner in the shower). No cookies at check in either. Probably wouldn’t stay here again because of those things listed.

I would stay were again for the conveyance of the location. But they could definitely do a little better cleaning the rooms. Our room was so dusty it bothered my asthma. Lucky I had my inhaler.

Great motel close to Ford Center. Room was clean but wasn't ready when we arrived. Had tonwait about 45.minutes to get in room after time available. Manager gave cookies and free.sodas and apologized. But there weee several people waiting for rooms.

We were there at 3:00 for check-in and told the room was not ready. Along with many other people who were waiting. We were told to come back in 45 minutes. Later, we were told that the room was still not ready and that they are having a hard time keeping up with a noon check-out and a 3 pm check-in. After waiting for nearly 2 hours, the room was ready.

I checked in using the app and said we'd be there around 4, check in is at 3. We got there at 5pm and had to go to the front desk anyway because the digital key wasn't working. Turns out our room wasn't even ready yet. When we finally got to the room there was trash behind the nightstand and the toilet ran the ENTIRE time.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Top notch customer service! Hotel was super comfortable and clean! It also smelled amazing! It was right across from the event center we were visiting, and had some restaurants within walking distance.

This was not great. The bed oddly did not have a fitted sheet on the bottom, which is super dumb, there were lots of bugs in the room both alive and dead, the refrigerator rack was broken and hoopty af, and there were sirens pretty much all night. That being said, the staff was fantastic especially Walter who is very friendly and understands excellent customer service perfectly. Thank you Walter!

Walter at the front desk was amazing! He went above and beyond to make our check-in and stay convenient and pleasurable. Hotel was clean and had ample dining options. Only one negative, no microwave in room.

This was not great. The place was very nice and clean. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the disastrous checkin. We waited for two hours for our room to get ready. Checkin was at 3:00. We got in our room at 5:30. The line to Check in was forever long. As rooms became available, they went to the people in line instead of the ones that were already waiting. The staff was very nice but but they were completely unprepared for the number of people checking in that day.
