Our 2nd stay this year did not disappoint. Friendly staff. Excellent facilities. delicious breakfast. The pool and sauna clean and spacious. Comfortable bed, nice bars and hotel warm and cosy throughout.

Always love going to the Nant Ddu Lodge.
Staff are amazing and the food is very good too.
Bit disappointed with the beds this time, maybe time to change a few mattresses?
But overall an excellent stay as usual.
This is why we keep going back

Lovely location, great to have the spa and restaurant onsite. Food was delicious - evening and breakfast. Spa was a nice extra (pool, sauna, steam room, lukewarm jacuzzi) but glad we didn't have to pay as it is a bit tired. All in all a very nice stay and perfect location for Pen y Fan

Lovely hotel and spa . Friendly staff and great breakfast . My only negative was that on check in asked if we could book a table for dinner , advised fully booked so asked about a taxi to go and eat else where . Luckily popped into bar for a drink and told that we could eat the same menu in the bar . Feel this was important info to be given on check in !! We did eat in the bar and food was fab .

Nant Ddu Lodge was a lovely relaxing place to stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely we had breakfast within the price our stay which had both continental and cooked along side fruit and cereals to choose from, we also had evening meal in the restaurant which I could not fault. The swimming pool was a lovey place to chill after a day of exploring.
Will definitely be returning again.

Staff are always wonderful,
Food is very good too.
Love the pool and the gym.
Only complaint, mattress is a bit thin.
But we will be back 😊

We had a wonderful stay after our usual hotels were full. The pool and sauna were a massive bonus due to bad weather. Food especially breakfast was amazing and staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Rooms spacious and comfortable but echo what other reviewers have said that the place needs a lot of TLC especially in the communal areas. My room was on the side facing the road, which was quite noisy - didn't impact on sleep as it quietened down but was quite intrusive while I was in the room during the day.
Would stay again.

All staff are really friendly, and the room are clean, tidy and have everything you need.
The food is delicious, breakfast is more than ample, with various options too.
Ideal for families or anyone visiting the Brecon Beacons.

Food is always good. Beer also good. Staff are really pleasant. Some rooms could do with undating and improving general decoration. Stunning area.

Great location, really lovely staff and alright breakfast and swimming facilities (pool and hot tub), but the price is reflective of quality. Particularly the showers (both in the room and in the pool changing areas), and the bathroom in the room does show signs of age. This didn't ruin the trip though, and the location more than makes up for it!

Whilst I enjoyed our stay, the hotel is tired and is in need of updating. For example, our room had wall paper hanging from the ceiling, a shower that was hand held with no curtain to keep the water in and this morning, no cold water to have an actual shower.
The pool area is spacious but again, needs money spent on it. I was sat in the hot tub with no tiles where I was actually seated as they’ve come away.
That said, my son loved the pool and the location of the hotel is fabulous so that you could go for a decent hike in the numerous national parks and return for a swim.
Staff were super friendly and dinner was freshly prepared using local ingredients.
A good place to use as a base for a range of outdoor activities.

The place is without any doubt in a lovely position and does boost of worthy facilities and delivers on these, but they really need to understand and act upon the fact that certain rooms are just not up to standard and will deter return visits. Myself included.

Great location for hiking and exploring the Brecon area
Relaxing spa, sauna and pool after exploring the beacons.
Hotel slightly dated, could do with a bit of redecoration.
Staff however friendly, helpful and fantastic throughout :D also a great cooked breakfast :D
