I enjoyed staying at Bondo Studios. The property was very nice. It has a wonderful atmosphere. It was across the street from the beach, which gave us great access. It was not too close to the loud part of town which was nice also. The only setbacks from the room were my safe would not open, and that I did have black ants in the apartment. It was still a wonderful time. the location was ideal for families, and would love to return and spend more time at the location. Oh, I cannot forget the roof- top pool and bar area is sensational and is a not to miss thing.

I enjoyed staying at Bondo Studios. The property was very nice. It has a wonderful atmosphere. It was across the street from the beach, which gave us great access. PROS: Beautiful beach front location. The sunset view from the rooftop is beautiful. Downstairs cafe is a plus. Large spacious rooms with comfortable beds. EXCELLENT service from Ricardo "Richard" at the rooftop bar! The famous Cartagena sign is right across. CONS: LOUSY SERVICE from the front desk staff. They are disengaged and uninterested to service guests. Dirty Rooms and air conditioning hardly works (they do not turn on the AC split unit upon your room arrival so the room is extremely hot for at least a day) Be ready for a lot of street noise if you are a light sleeper, this is NOT the place for you. We were on the 3rd floor and upon checking we asked if they can switch us to a higher floor and switch our room and the girl at the front desk told us immediately no without even checking. After several attempts and us getting irritated and lied to by several front desk staffs they would look into this, the girl at the reception told us we had to pay extra to move us to another room. Such a shame because we paid extra for beachfront in the first place. The beach across the place is dirty and the full of Cartagena famous pushy vendors and be aware at night with the party buses passing and stopping by the Cartagena sign that go up until late hours of the night.

No room service, no phone , looks much better online the in person , building looks dirty , far from food , there was a popping sound though out the day and night .

Overall I had a wonderful smooth relaxing experience… really enjoyed the authenticity of the hotel it felt like I was actually in another country thanks to its beautiful design not like another western influenced building

The place is rustic but very esthetic. The bar was great and the bed comfortable!

The employees were very kind and helpful, especially if you do not speak Spanish! The location is excellent overlooking the ocean! The walled city is 5 minutes driving in one direction and the airport is 5 minutes in the other. The only negative was that my room was very cold and drab! Walls and floors are cement! Aside from that I would consider staying there again!

Fantastic accommodations… beautiful rooftop pool and fabulous cafe. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Quick Uber ride to town and very inexpensive. The only thing missing is snacks and something light to eat during the day. Room had a refrigerator and stove plus air fryer but who wants to plan like that on vacation.
