This is our second time staying with you in 2 months!!! We love the property!! Its quiet at night and fun during the day!! Best coffee in the coffee shop and we love the cocktail waitress in the lobby bar ( light brown hair has 4 dogs going to Aruba in a few months) She actually was the one we came back for !! She made us feel like we were at home!!! We will be back again soon!! Oh and the Bourbon Steak restaurant was 10/10!!!!

This hotel is in a great location downtown with pretty views. Disappointed in the check in and reservation because I booked a king bed and was put in a room with two queens and they didn’t tell me until I was in the room. I called the desk to ask for the king I reserved and she called back to tell me there were no king beds available and I could possibly move if someone cancelled the next day. If they aren’t going to honor expedia booking types then the room listing should say “king or two queens” when you select the room. I was annoyed by her lack of understanding as she said there was no price difference and didn’t offer anything to attempt to make it right like offer a credit from the mini bar or anything to make it seem like they cared about the trouble. Overall the room was nice and the pool was great! We rented a cabana but they needed more attendants at the pool. Our server was unable to come to our area much because of all the other people at the pool but he was nice and it looked like they needed more attendants. Overall we had a good stay but honestly if I would have known it wasn’t a king bed, I would have reserved a different hotel downtown, that was disappointing for marriott, I expected better.

We were on the fourth floor and I would request a higher floor in the future as it was a bit noisy. Room was nice however.

Hotel is near major attractions within 10min walk. Beautiful hotel with all upscale amenities. Really wanted to spend time by the pool on our last day but closed for cleaning. We could have used another hotels but theirs is so beautiful. This is my only disappointment…

they messed up our accommodations. For the price you would think they would could figure that out.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff and great location to activities. Good size pool with lots of seating is a plus!

It felt like an all-inclusive resort. The staff never said no. They made things/requests happen for you, from the front desk staff to the lounge staff to the bellhop. Amazing service and quality care.

Looks like I was charged a mini bar fee even though I didn’t have anything from the minibar and a telephone fee, when I only used their phone to call for room service. Already an expensive hotel, kind of shady to nickel and dime their guests.
