Excellent overall. Staff always present, very pleasant. No frills, but none needed. A clean place to stay a couple of nights, conveniently located for access to Olean and Salamanca.

The place is well maintained and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was on the smaller size but we adapted and our stay was pleasant.

Web site said 1 room available. When we arrived there was a no vacancy sign, but the parking lot was empty. Finally got checked in after finding the desk person. Evidently there is only one room they can use. The roon was clean and updated, but the bed spreads were stained. Was just an eerie feeling being the only people there.

For a small roadside motel it was very impressive. Completely remodeled room, very very clean. Even the parking lot was clean. Looks like a lot of attention to detail. At first I thought it was a little overpriced but when you see the condition of the room and property, you realize it’s a pretty good deal. I’ve stayed in worse places for far more.

The motel was Updated, clean and spotlessly maintained. Only problem, they forgot to replace soap and shampoo.

The entire property is brand new renovated. The mattress was very good and the room was very modern and clean.

I was a little scared at first but this motel surprised me for sure. Has to be the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at. I was really amazed. Great service as well. Need more outfits like this.

Nice lean new motel but the rooms are the smallest I have ever stayed in. The price was higher than a much better place in Lockport,NY at the Best Western with an indoor pool workout facilities and a breakfast to die for. The Lantern had nothing to compare to this for a price much to high for the size and amenities of the place. Allen- Jefferson, NH

Went down to the Ellicottville Fall Festival this motel is about 20 minutes from there was clean, quiet and nice for an overnight stay.
