There is nothing around the hotel. There are no amenities. There are no stores around. There are only a few simple pizzerias. The area the hotel is located in is rather dull. The beachfront is the only good thing about the hotel.

She continued throughout our 8 nights to book restaurants taxis & more.
The confusion of the sunbeds is, if you are staying in a suite you have the use of sunbeds & umbrellas in the garden & the beach. If you are in the regular rooms there is a daily charge.
Simone was extremely professional & helped us with choice of local wine & couldn’t do enough to make our stay fabulous.
The team at reception friendly helpful & happy.
The beach man was curteous.

I paid for a “beachfront” room and got a room on the second floor with barely no view of the beach. Davide insisted that it was beachfront. The rooms you pay for are subject to interpretation by the staff.
Hotel needs a lot of updating. However, the beach is beautiful!

Having the beach access was a plus. However, having to pay to use the beach chairs is inconvenient. The food was well prepared.

Wonderful small hotel situated at a nice, white sand beach. Sunbeds and umbrella in the garden was included with the room, which was nice. We spent most days there, but on days with little wind it was a bit hot, and the sunbeds at the beach were more comfortable because of the gentle sea breeze.
Hotell staff was very nice and attentive. The main bartender was a star!
The hotel restaurant is one of the best in the Olbia area, with a good wine list. Nice amouse bouche before dinner without charge.

Fantastic beachside location with stunning views. Great restaurant and service from professional friendly staff. Not much alternative drinking or dining options within walking distance but others only a short drive or taxi ride away. Would definitely return again.

Liked the staff and locality. However, the room was small and being charged for use of sunbeds on beach & not allowed to use sunbeds on hotel lawn, because they were reserved for the suites; was a gripe.

The hotel is practical to stay because it’s close to the airport. The hotel beach is very small but nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and clean but extremely noisy. Our room was on the first floor and had no window view, only windows to the hall, so we had to keep the curtains closed. People would drag their trolleys since 5 am which was extremely loud. One can hear whatever is happening upstairs because poor isolation. One very good thing is the shower to use in the spa once you’re checked out and spent the day at the beach. That room should have a lock tho.

Very nice Hotel. Direktly on a nice beach with a beautyful garden. Very friendly staff. Good food and very nice breakfast.
