I cannot say enough about this hotel - and we have had stays in several upscale hotels. Nothing can compare to the views from our suite. And the sunset! You can watch it from the spacious patio wine in hand. The patio is very spacious with a small plunge pool and ample seating options. The Suite is spacious and well laid out. Large bathrooms too! We had the two bedroom suite. The owner was so kind and he felt like an old friend by the time we left. The breakfast is so good - we have been back well over two months and i still miss the delicacies they served. Everything was above and beyond. I just cannot put this experience into words effectively enough.

This property is amazing. The view is breathtaking, every night we get to enjoy the sunset. Walking distance to shopping centers, restaurants, mini markets. The owner, George and staff are amazing. It is far from the busy areas where bars and some nice restaurants are, taxi is needed. But it is perfect for us bc its far from the noise.

A beautiful property, so well kept and run so well. We stayed for 5 nights and hated to leave! Beautiful caldera views but not on a path where people walked by all day. The breakfast was incredible, walking distance to so many restaurants. The staff could not have been kinder and more helpful. Only 4 rooms, all with beautiful views. The pool was great to cool off in after a day of walking around town in the heat. Just a lovely place!!

This is probably the best hotel I have every stayed at in all my travels around the world. The staff treats you like family. They were so kind and helpful. The property is amazing! I wish I could live there! This is the best property on the whole island.

Giorgis is very helpful. Thanks to Nicholi for bringing our luggages down and up in our room. Breakfast was also good. Upstairs room is comfortable, but main area and bathroom is cold, but manageable. Thanks again for the warm welcome.

Best time

The suites are exactly as advertised. The pictures posted do not do the place justice. It really is a remarkable place, the view is amazing and the staff is friendly and amazing. 10 out 10. What an amazing experience.

This hotel was amazing! We had a late flight in but Giorgios still met with us late at night to show us to our suite. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the ostria suite and the view was amazing, right at the edge of the cliff. A fantastic huge breakfast was brought to us every morning. Would definitely stay here again if we return.

Location is great. Right where the action is and still very quiet. Great view. Couldn’t ask for better. Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly

Wonderful in every way. The room was comfortable and spacious, the pool was fun, we never wanted to leave the terrace, the breakfast was large and delicious and the staff was extremely helpful with everything we needed. It's also located far enough from the madness of Fira to feel somewhat private but very close to everything. And the views are incredible. I can't recommend Ikastikies enough.

Where to start, the property is situated in an ideal location, not far from Fira but far enough for a good night sleep. From the check-in to the check-out, the customer service provided by the staff is amazing. George is an amazing host, he greets you when arriving to the hotel and makes sure throughout your stay that nothing is missing. From bringing you coffee early morning while you’re watching the volcano view from the balcony followed by a delicious breakfast. The suites are very well maintained and the views are breathtaking, an unforgettable dreaming stay and will definitely return again.

This place was awesome. You don’t need to go anywhere else for the sunset views, sit on your balcony with a bottle Of wine. The breakfast was great and personal Service. Giorgio gave us personal Attention .

This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had! The room and view was amazing and the host is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! We will visit this hotel again the next time we come to Santorini

This is one of the most spectacular boutique hotels we have ever stayed in! Stunning views, luxury with a relaxed feel, beautiful clean and comfortable rooms and excellent location. The owner of the property, Giorgos, made our stay one of the best experiences we've had traveling. He was so thoughtful, kind, helpful and all around lovely that we'd go back to stay there any chance we can get. I could not more highly recommend this place!

I, my wife, and son spent four nights at Ikastikies Suites. Everything has been exceptional! - Giorgos is an amazing host! - The staff is the very best! - The pre-arrival information and preparation was perfect! - The room was spacious, clean, and inviting! - The breakfast was fantastic and more than we imagined! - The location is quiet and wonderfully picturesque! - It is central to most everything and easy to get to places from! We are already planning to come back!!

Beautiful property with breathtaking views, made epic by the kindness and hospitality of the owner & staff. If I could, I rate Ikastikies 10-stars. The property is small, and boutique-like, with elegant rooms and furnishings. Amenities are top-notch, and the view is absolutely incredible. All of this would be enough for a 5-star rating, but when you factor in George, the owner, you wind up with a 10-star stay. Others have noted George's energy and kindness, and he exceeded any and all expectations. Did he make us feel like family? Absolutely - I can't explain how much George elevated our entire visit to Santorini. If more people were like George, the world would be a better place - and that's not an exaggeration. Stay at Ikastikies Suites - you won't regret it.
