Love it great place to stay so polite and friendly at the desk any problem they will solve it even if you need a secure and private car to downtown they will get you one

They overcharged me and the food made me sick. I would not recommend One Aguascalientes Sir to anyone.

The rooms are extremely small! Hotel is extremely clean, breakfast is delicious! The only downside is the staff is very inconsiderate and doesn't seem to know what's going on. I came in with 2 rolling luggage's and 3 carry on's, did someone offer to open the door? NO. There is no automatic door either. Front desk staff was having a personal conversation one night and I was waiting to ask where the laundry room was. Did they stop their conversation to ask how I was or what I needed? NO.

The hotel was okay for the price but it wasn't completely comfortable. The room was not spacious and the bed not too comfortable.

More or less... I guess they could maintain better the installation. Was terrible to smell a rare odor. Room looks like a hospital. I think you should put more color on them. The dinner room requires continuous cleanliness because many people go to it.

Hotel its in great shape and neighborhood was ok (big empty lot right in front of it) , front desk very helpful , the room itself was small , tiny beds and tv and no room at all, bathroom was normal size and clean. Overall good but a bit overpriced, we stay during the fair so the price will be higher but on non fair dates its probably (and it should be) a loooooot lower. 8/10 2 point deduction because of the overpriced and small room.

The staff didn’t try to help us out at all, they were only making excuses to avoid fixing our issues. Also, the ceiling was falling in the Lobby area, this was really dangerous because it suddenly felt; nobody from the hotel came to check if we were okay.
