Loved having our own pool and watching the sunsets. Staff were very friendly. Good location to the beaches or town. You just had to make sure your ride could make it up the hill.

The property has a great scenic view, but that is as far as I would say was great about this place. Our encounter was horrible we checked into a Villa that had cockroaches, extremely dirty mattresses, dirty sheets, and a not so clean living space. We arrived late night and complained immediately about the issues but since the cleaning crew was done for the evening we made the best of it and received new blankets for the night. The issues were supposed to be solved the next day but only the mattress was addressed. After a subpar make believe cleaning service, we still had the same dead cockroaches , and dirty living space. We once again complained to management to no avail. The only reason why we didn’t checked out of the Property was due to the fact that every property we contacted and considered was booked for the week. This was an extremely disappointed experience.

The property has a great view of the ocean. Clean and comfortable living. It's located on the top of the mountain so it's not walking friendly. You'll need to have transportation to get around.

Me and my family had a wonderful time in Phuket The View. The rooms were amazing, the pool was awesome and my daughter had the best moments of her life. It’s a condo so don’t expect super fast hotel service but overall MR Sunny And Miss Milk was very helpful. As it is Thailand the staff they are very respectful and friendly. I have nothing to complain about and if in the near future I visit Phuket again I would love to stay at the view again. Thank you

The property charged us extra for cleaning, but they didn’t come and clean the place daily.. it was alternate days.. and we clear the bill earlier due to early morning flight, they cut off hot water and water pressure on the last day which was very unreasonable

i booked the hotel for my proposal and the staff helped with the decorations. they also prepared a cake for my girlfriend's birthday. we could also get to the various attractions nearby and back by getting the hotel to ferry us using their shuttle bus.

The place was in a fantastic sight, Good food,Good transport,very modern and a fantastic pool with amazing views.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa for 4 nights in December. The view from the room and pool area was phenomenal! Room was nice and clean, they had a washer/dryer which was handy. Breakfast was ok, nothing wow about it. The only thing I would say is, if you or someone with you has mobility issues, please don’t book this place as it’s up a very steep hill. They do have a shuttle which brings you up and down to the Main Street but sometimes they can be late. But overall, we had a wonderful experience and would love to go back there again. :)

The positive Fantastic view from both apartment terrace and pool area. Excellent shuttle service to get to the local beaches or around town. Good gym with everything you need. The negative The private pools in the apartment are more like jacuzzi than an actual pool.

Great views of the beach from the room, room was very clean and well maintained. The villa was very spacious. We had a daily shuttle to Karon and Kata beach, which we found to be very useful. Hotel staff were very receptive, hospitable and helped us with our sight seeing and moving around Phuket.

Everything about this place was beautiful and clean. Great place, great pool, and of course great views. Nice and friendly staff also! Food is also amazing from the bar. Location seems great although we didn’t get a chance to get out much! It was near shopping markets and down the street from the beach. Thank you so much, will be returning!

Lovely view and big rooms. Quiet and serene. Rather far from the beach and shopping areas so you’ll need the shuttle each time you are heading out. Very steep slope.

The View here was amazing ! The pool was great. Service above par. The only drawback it was so nice we wanted to stay there and not go out and explore. Overall amazing experience.

Very friendly and helpful staffs, they can arrange for shuttle to and from airport (with a fee) and free shuttle around the 2 beach area around the hotel, which is very convenient! However you do need to call the hotel to arrange for a pick up from the town so be sure to have a SIM card with you. Amazing views from the hotel pool and our own patio, stunningly beautiful 180 degree ocean view! We find little bugs (mostly caterpillars, nothing dirty or gross) in our room everyday, and sometimes the table at the pool restaurant wasn’t wiped clean at breakfast. But the room is clean and very nice in general.
