Overall it was ok. They need to extend breakfast hours past 9am to accommodate visitors from different time zones, also, cleaning staff should allow for late wake up times (again time zone issue). Fitness center treadmill was not working, the need to repair exercise equipment as soon as possible, average guests don't stay long enough to enjoy, lastly check out time is too soon, should be extended an hour

The property was spectacular, we did have discrepancies on the room according to the front desk person. The reservation room description was different from what Expedia sent over to them. I am not sure where the confusion started but over all happy with stay.

Great, all around. The only thing I missed was that there was no bathmat in the tub. Should be a standard item. I had to request it. Fortunately, they had one.

We were able to get an early room thanks to the lady in charge at that time she helped us in that matter. Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious

I love staying here. Great staff. Very helpful and attentive. Hands down my favorite place when in the San Antonio area. I'm from an area where a hours drive to get somewhere with heavy traffic is the norm, so this hotel and it's proximity to SA is nothing but a short drive. TY BW!!!

Great service, except the woman who saw me standing at the pay window twice before opening the pay window and telling me that I needed to go to the front desk to pay. We had paid at the pay window twice there already...and *there was no sign saying not to pay at the pay window.*
But other than that, our stay was great. They had MIGAS for breakfast, which made me excessively happy.

My only concern is that there was no non slip mat in the tub and as I was showering one move and down a slipped now am bruised on my arm

I stayed for two nights & the employees were great! However the pool was dirty & the hot tub did not work. This property is not that old so I’m not sure what was goin on. But maintenance seems to be an issue.

The stay was excellent but the hot tub was still out of order. Pool was chilly so no use of either of those amenities. Also the treadmill wasn’t working again same as 6 months ago

Stayed there for several days due to emergency situation. Staff was friendly and assisting, and they were very empathetic to the situation and we were very appreciative.

The property was fine. We didn't have enough towels and getting more was a challenge. The tissue box literally had one tissue that was positioned for decoration. It also seemed like the AC would reset in during the night so it was warmer in the morning than what the room was set for at night.

The Hotel was overall very nice. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was really good, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
