The best part about this hotel were the staff members. From housekeeping to the front desk, they were accommodating, helpful, kind, and pleasant. They helped us out of several transportation jams that we found ourselves in. We wouldn’t have made it to our events or back to the train station without their help which they offered freely.

The staff here did a great job of assisting my daughter while she was traveling. She is a student and this is her first time traveling without a parent. The hotel was safe and the people were very friendly. She said the breakfast was amazing.

Im a regular traveller to this city and need to ensure a hotel is available on a short notice. This hotel has always been able to accommodate me. I enjoy my tea over coffee and the management have held a kettle on my behalf which is promptly ready on my arrival. In the last year there is full fledged restaurant on site which serves very good standard of food. I've found the staff to be polite and always ready to help. Wifi connection can sometimes be intermittent but always rectified when help desk is notified. Double bedrooms are large, clean and daily serviced. As a budget value, this is a good choice to stay but keep in mind the main town centre is 20 minutes drive away with the main train station some 10 minutes away. With a large parking area, restaurant and in close vacinity to the city centre, an ideal choice on a budget.
