The hotel is nice the rooms adequate and clean , air conditioners quiet.
What is not stated when booking is the terrace bar playing pounding beat of disco music that penetrated from 5th to the second floor. Weeknights till midnight Friday night till 2:00 am. Mentioning the issue I was moves from the 3rd floor but it made no difference. I would not repeat at this hotel till they decide are they a hotel for confort and rest or a discotheque and do t care about their guests

Excellent hotel. The staff is super friendly and the property is really good. The only downside is that the street is a little bit noisy in the mornings due to the Olimpica supermarket nearby. Other than that, it is a very nice and convenient option.

I went with my family to spend new year, for what the hotel is,I found it a bit expensive, but understandable for the high season. The hotel is in a good location the rooms and the hotel in general are nice, the receptionist with glasses was very friendly. The only negative point is the rooftop that they use as a bar and if you are staying in a room on the fifth floor you can hear a lot of noise until late at night.

Reason for a three the breakfast was not good at all. Being a hotel in a high end place the coffee was cold and the eggs were super wet.

The front desk staff it’s incredible helpful, the bartender is always friendly and attentive.
The restaurant staff it’s always on the top of everything, breakfast it’s very good, the area it’s very safe definitely I’ll come back here.

This place could be a great hotel but it seems like they don’t take a good care of the premises (bathrooms, lamps). Restaurant service and food variety very poor. Missing essential supplies on a restaurant table, like sugar. Looking for ice before midnight, but there was nothing available at the whole place.
No toilet paper at the restaurant restroom.
Very disappointed.

The rooms adjacent to the central atrium suffer from noise and bad acoustics from the bar/club on the roof. The staff were kind enough to change the room but best to avoid these rooms. Visited the bar/restaurant on the roof but too loud to hold a conversation.

The hotel was convenient for my needs. Upon arrival, we asked for the toilet seat to be fixed as it was almost coming off but it was never fixed.

Place was very clean, staff was friendly and help you make your stay comfortable. The location is great too!

Did not like the 2x price for having 2 additional people (room did include 2 double beds), not the mediocre breakfast (especially given the additional price). Overall, I would not stay again

New hotel in a nice spot of the city. Very happy with the conform of the bed and the hotel in general.
Breakfast is served from 7 am but I went a bit earlier and the chef Gabriel was very happy to organised something quickly for me without any inconvenience.
