I don’t usually complain but was very disappointed with this hotel stay. We had stayed here many times a few years ago and it was great! This time the room had been renovated and was quite nice, bed was comfortable but when I asked for 2 extra pillows (we only had 2 on the bed) for my husband and myself as we have bad necks - the staff stated we could have one as we are Sold Out today. We were up at 1:30 am and looked outside and only 3 cars were in the lot! Also the air conditioner was above the window and had to climb on the bed to adjust. Woke my husband up at 1:30 as the air conditioner was loud and had to adjust as it didn’t seem to stay cool. Also, no coffee in the room and no coffee in the lobby! They use to have breakfast but now nothing - they really should have coffee in the lobby! We couldn’t drive to pick up coffee as we were on our motorbike - so going to pick up coffee doesn’t work well and if there was a McDonald’s or other next to the hotel - that would be fine. So we left at 6:30am. We will not be staying at this hotel again. Service terrible, and no coffee, and some areas of the room very still dirty, also not very many TV channels and have to use 2 remotes to work TV. Very disappointed.

Small but comfortable. Clean. Great fridge and roomy freezer. Quiet. No coffee maker but travel with French press and room had microwave so not a problem. Overall great value for the price.

Photos of this hotel on the internet did not reflect the actual hotel. When we arrived we had to get a battery change for the smoke detector, there were no towels and toilet paper in our room.The bathroom had no towel bar, toilet paper holder or electrical outlets. They said the rooms were recently upgraded, but I think all that meant was a new toilet. Will not stay there again.

No coffee pot in the rooms, no house keeping services, and there was no hot water the last morning we were there. There was also a cold breeze coming in from the door.

The thermostat mounted on the wall was not operational. I tried to get hold of the front desk to ask for help as the air conditioner was mounted above the window high up on the wall but never got an answer. I had to crawl up on a chair to reach the AC but it was so loud I could not leave it on. The air conditioning was really loud. There was very little tv channels to watch as well they are not open in the morning till 9 so if you have any problems you can not get a hold of anyone if you need anything. Will not be staying there again.

Quiet place to stay, room was clean for the most part. However the bathroom was missing a bath fan, the toilet was loose and the shower was not in the greatest condition. Besides the poor condition the bathroom was in, it was still good overall.
