Rooms are slightly small but clean. Breakfast was very good with many selections. Coffee available 24 hours and hot. Staff was very courteous.

Great stay. Elevator was not working, but the hurricane that had just come through effected it. Nothing the staff could control. Staff was extremly kind and helpful.

Great hotel for the price. I would highly recommend if looking for a safe clean location to stay.

Due to the hurricane Helene, the power was out for both nights of our stay. Therefore no A/C. They said i would be refunded. Im not holding my breath.

Property was easy to find as well as centrally located. Accommodation was large and breakfast was good every morning.

I stopped here mid road trip with my dog and it was clean, staff was courteous and I got the best sleep to continue.

There was a barking dog in the room above us . Barking for hours. When i called the desk, they said quiet was after 10. I dont think dogs can tell time!!! Eventually the manager called the police and the barking stopped. They did give a $50 credit. Maybe you should require a cell phone # of people with dogs so they can be called when this happens

The area is a little run down looking. Hopefully with the new restaurant coming in things will look a little fresher.

I had never stayed at a Tru property before. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was amazing. Everything was clean. It offered an inviting lobby.

Television was broken the entire stay. Sheets felt like polyester. Sweated all night. No one answers front desk until after 20 rings.

The place was jumping with a baseball team from Bama playing pool and having fun when I got there. But as the night went it did get quiet for a while. The room was ok. Nothing to brag about. The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked a little lumpy for Hilton. The shower was very hot. I didn't sleep at all. People were in and slamming doors all night. Breakfast was plain, but the coffee was good. Would I book here again? No!!! Would I recommend probably not . Unless there is no where else to go. The staff are excellent though.
