The green open environment is lovely and tasty food

Our room was nice on the inside but felt like a prison cell as all windows were overgrown, no view and shaded so little direct sunlight. Very dissapioint to not be able to relax in our room and have/see some of the outside surroundings present. So many parts of the room were damaged, broken, not working or missing and reception didn't seem to care. They massively overcharged us, took our credit card way over its limit before they fully refunded us and then hassled us to pay not caring that they'd caused our bank to freeze our accounts leaving us without access to any money or means of paying for anything for several days.

The hotel was beautifully kept, it had a real feeling of luxury in the surroundings and beautiful views. The rooms were nice and modern and spacious. We were a group, 2 adults and 2 children both 12. The kids loved the sea and the paddle boarding and snorkelling, there was lots to choose from in the day to eat for the kids, in the restaurant, bbq at the pool and snack/pizza bar. In the evening our girls found something to eat everyday however they aren’t fussy eaters and will eat sea food, salads and are open to trying new dishes. As two women travelling with our children on our own the resort felt very safe for the girls to have a look around. The shuttle bus in to milna made trips out very easy, it is a quiet location and if you are expecting loud and noisy and brash this isn’t what you are getting. The views and scenery were just so relaxing and we have come home super chilled out. The staff worked really hard all over the resort and it seemed the same staff were there all week and worked all day long. They worked so hard, I’d really recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing break, with great views and lots to do in the day.

Nothing we really enjoyed it, the only thing which isn’t the hotels fault the swimming in the sea is in a bay and sometimes the super yachts would come in and use their jet skis which to me so close to people swimming in open water and paddle boarders worried me. This isn’t the hotels fault just a note to be mindful if you do go swimming.

The staff and animators were top tier(especially Kiki) and the beach was great fun with a blow up aqua park in the water and free use of paddle boards and kayaks. Don’t listen to the reviews about the food because it was standard for an all inclusive resort and the family thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was big and spacious and the sea view was immaculate.

There isn’t a whole lot to complain about here but the air conditioning unit in the room was a bit noisy. The pool toilets were smelly and the queueing for food was a hinderance at times.

Even though most people traveled with children, we had a great time as a young couple without children. The hotel itself is really great and food, cocktails etc we’re good! And as an animal lover I was really happy to see some cute kittens wandering around :) they loved to get pet

On some days the food was just okay. But even as a picky eater I had no problems finding something every day! I wasn’t a big fan of the dessert. The cakes etc didn’t taste like much, except sugar.

Very nice location, well maintained garden, Appartments, main hotel buildings also nice and fairly clean considering amount of people.

One part of the food serving close to first swimming pool where the ice cream was served was not that clean. Ice cream machine was also broken quite often so the coffee machines. But always fixed as soon as discovered. Food was not that fresh - specifically meat and fish. Suggestion would be to have fresh (!) meet and fish prepared for each person on demand - like that no waste for the hotel and customers will get freshly cooked meet/fish. Apart of that food was ok.

The food was lovely, fortunately my wife, son and I are not fussing eaters and able to eat and enjoy what is presented and there was generally a lot of choice. Loved the local cuisine. Many can't tolerate anything and have a limited palate and can only eat chips (a BBQ with US food was well attended) so there were several members moaning that the food was awful, which wasn't the case. The area where the apartments were located was very well maintained and clean. Everyone, including the staff and guests were generally very friendly. Brac is a lovely island well worth a visit. Bol is by far the best place to go.

The bar, was only stocked for the cocktails and limited choice of beer. For example, there were bottles of Bitter Lemon, but I wasn't allowed a 'vodka and bitter lemon' because that wasn't what the bitter lemon was for. The bar itself looked like a porta cabin,, and was generally filthy in and around the bar area. But the main complaint was the use of plastic cups for all drinks. This was awful. No coffee/tea facilities in the room and the TV was limited. Fortunately I like to watch CNN! The food, though good, could have been hotter. The wine, could have been better. The paddle boards, kayaks could have been better looked after with actual 'classes' training you on their use.

Staff were lovely, huge selection of buffet food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The free kayaks and paddleboards as well as the water inflatable course was very fun. It was nice to have archery, minigolf and a giant chess set to play as well as evening activities like the music quiz.

The shop on site was horrendously expensive - we had to pay £18 for a small bottle of sun cream!! We were fuming about that.

The resort looks new and it is well maintained. It has direct access to the sea, where the water toys are also available. The pools are large and clean. A lot of sun beds are available around the pools and in front of the sea. We got a "forest house" with 1 bedroom, living room and bathroom (double airco and 2 TV's). The forest houses are new looking and well maintained, very clean. Being located between the trees give a nice holiday feeling. Paid parking place was available on site and we could walk to Milna town in about 30 minutes. The resort is remotely located into the forest. The food at the restaurant was good in general, diverse and pizza bar at 15:00 was an attraction for the children. In general the resort is really nice, well suited for children and worth visiting.

The cleanness of the the tables at the restaurant was not sufficient and consider that outside was very hot. The staff at the restaurant lack professionalism and the way they clean the tables was insufficient. Also the clothes of the restaurant staff were negligent and their experience was poor. The possible excuse that sometimes it was very crowded does not hold for me.

The food was satisfactory. I think buffet style all inclusive is very difficult to do well and I think overall the options and choices provided were OK, a bit 'samey' but we ate well. Snack time every afternoon was great - kids loved being able to go and get pizza, some chips etc and worked well if you'd not eaten a lot at lunch. The junior suite we were in was really lovely - great space and with a beautiful and pretty private balcony and seating area. Location is stunning. And we really liked the overall vibe/feel - guests of many nationalities, all really lovely people. Staff were really nice and helpful.

It was very busy. We knew it would be busy for being peak season, but it felt crowded particularly in the swimming pools and that took quite a bit of an adjustment and overall I would say meant the holiday didn't feel as relaxing as it could have done. If you wanted a sunbed, you had to get up at 730am to get one... as a result I think the best time to book would be in June or September, just outside of the school holidays.

Location is amazing! and Nicolina (girl in the kids club) deserves a reward here! Massage was also really good, beds are comfortable, very clean! For an all inclusive, food was really good (just sometimes, especially during the nights, staff was taking too long to remove dirty dishes and replace the dessert at the buffet)

Minibar in one of the rooms (located inside- Garden) not working and not fixed as well, soap was only replaced when requested, room was not fully cleaned the night before, so housekeeper entered the room early morning without knocking on the door, and apologizies only after it.

Food was very nice and tasty for an All Inclusive. Location was perfect with very nice bay to swim in. Rooms were new and nice. Very good WiFi everywhere.

Cleaning of the rooms could be better. Very limited Kids Corner for food, could be improved. The hotel have rules for smoking and reservation of sun beds but never seemed to enforce any of it.

It’s a beautiful place, new, we’ll taken care of, surrounded by olive trees and rosemary plants. Buffet is nice, not always dedicated to local cuisine, but everyone can find something. Having two big pools, plus a kids one, there is enough stuff to do during the day. Milna is 2 km away, so better take a cab, especially during night. Despite being far from Bol and other attractions, I still find it a wonderful place to explore the island and feel true Mediterranean spirit.

Beach is a rocky beach, with one platform for entrance, which makes is almost impossible to bath if you are visiting with small children. Kids entertainment program would really need some further dedication. Kids club felt sad and evening mini disco lasts for about 25 minutes. For a family resort, this really needs to be better.
