Beds were very uncomfortable and breakfast staff were rude

Never fails to deliver a great stay. Receptionists are always very friendly and accommodating. Always happy to help with queries. Restaurant and bar area lively , offering a great selection of dishes and refreshments. Room spacious ..beds ultra comfy. Honestly sleep like a baby! Always a great sleep had. Always appreciative of a noon checkout also.

The whole experience was fabulous. The room was spotless, the service was excellent, the breakfast was just fantastic, couldnt have asked for more.
Wooden key cards, signs to not clean our room as wasnt required so safe energy. Towels were lovely. Smiles on the staffs faces

It met all my needs except a little distance from main street Dundalk. UBER/Taxi available for travel. Sister located hotel the Gateway meant that it was expensive to go back and forth to my attending conventions. 7-11 euros 3 times a day for each visit

Aired the room ourselves which was sufficient. Room and bathroom spacious and clean. Beds extremely comfortable. Despite being near a busy road, no disruption from noise.
