In the commune of Saint-Jean-de-la-Rivière, we offer this charming 70 m² house for rent, about 1.5 km from the sea and able to accommodate up to 8 travellers. It comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. There's also a 50 m² garden! Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, pancake maker, sandwich maker, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) and bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, baby chair, baby bath (on request), barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful private garden of 50 m², not overlooked, with barbecue, sun loungers, parasol, table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
(Work on the outside is currently under way and will be completed by the end of December at the latest).

The house is brand new and ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-la-Rivière, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an extra charge can be paid to our local service provider).
