Relaxation awaits as soon as you walk in and get those gorgeous water views from the stunning wall of water view windows. The open concept main floor has a large chef's kitchen with everything you need to cook that large family meal or order some of the best takeout around. The main floor living room has plenty of seating for everyone to join family game nights. There is a door to the patio for some outdoor dining with a view. The dining area and 1/2 bath round out the main floor space. There is a main floor king master suite includes a king bed walk out to the patio and shower and jacuzzi tub en suite.
The second floor has the kids room with twin over full bunk beds and another double bed. There is a shared full bathroom and then another bedroom with queen bed and a futon.
The basement is a whole other living space. There is a kitchenette area with full fridge to store all the overflow drinks, wet bar with dishwasher and microwave. Try your hand at the shuffleboard table and make some art on the chalk wall for family fun. Step into the attached media room for a family movie night. This space is rounded out with a full bathroom and a king bedroom with walk out access to the ground floor patio. Kayaks are available for guest use. Please bring your own life jackets as we may not have every size available and all water items must be returned to the house and not left on the dock. We do have a wagon to help with carrying items to and from the dock.
Take a walk to the backyard for some family fun in the flat yard space or take the very easy stroll to your party dock and enjoy a cold beer or glass of wine with peaceful views. There are cleats for tying up at the dock for your boat.

While we love to host family gatherings we are NOT a party house. The house is located in an area with full time residents so there is strict quiet hours of 11pm-7am. There is no street parking allowed. MAX of 3 CARS in the driveway.
Per federal law there are no fireworks, fire arms, or any other explosives allowed on the property. Owners do use this home regularly so please note there will be some personal items.
