We found the property easily, but had a bit of confusion when we arrived with the address and which door to open. The house has 2 addresses but they didn’t correspond to the door/side we used. Vinces’ arrival instructions told us ‘the door on the right’ and the code, but that was not the address on the curb. So some confusion initially. The home is beautiful: 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a 1/2 bath downstairs. The photo’s did show stairs, but a more detailed description letting people know that all the bedrooms are upstairs would have been helpful. As this was a brand new home/listing, I understand that it hasn’t had time to ‘accumulate’ all the things that many rentals contain. Like a pizza pan and cutter, spare glasses and dishes, family games or puzzles and a few blankets or throws. The folding futon did not have a pillow, and the beds only had 3 pillows, which many people use 2 per person. I think maybe a binder with some instructions on how to operate the showers(wonderful with rain shower & side jets) but confusing on how to use. Also, coming from the USA, we needed a bit more guidance on how to sort all of our trash. We recycle, but not to the extent Vancouver does. Everything worked great, and there is wonderful lighting and AC. The neighborhood is charming for walking, street parking right in front of home, Stores, restaurants and a Tim Hortons are less than a mile away. Overall, I highly recommend this condo and Vince as a host.

we appreciate the bathroom for each room but we like the hand towel instead the face towel. we have the problem with door code and we try contact the host and we never get call back from him. the host request remove our shoes but the carpet in the entry to small.we missing ustensiles we are 4 peoples and we have 1 spoon and 1 fork

Loved staying in this new home. It was very comfy for our family of five. Everyone was thrilled with the 3 full bathrooms upstairs. Made getting ready in the morning so easy as everyone had their own space. The showers were great. The closets were spacious. One small comment…I wish there was a night stand on both sides of the beds. Overall, one of the better places we’ve stayed.

Between the location of the house, the neighborhood, the cleanliness, the amenities, and the helpfulness of Vince the property manager, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property

We had a fantastic stay! The property was clean, Vince was super responsive and the location was really convenient to public transit, grocery, and restaurants. 10/10 recommend!
