Rooms were clean but just can’t get over the loud street noises and the smell of musty cigarettes. We were not able to sleep between the two. Def not with $200 a night.

Let me start with me and my family of 4 had a terrible time. I have 2 little girls under the age of 4 who need their naps and good rest. This room was so vulnerable to all outdoor noises, sounds, and lights that it was equal to have been outside in the street. The front door was not sealed correctly. You could see the light from outside shining through all 4 sides of the door including what ever smells, lights, or sounds were outside. The ac unit was the same thing. It wasnt sealed and you could see gaps everywhere which let in alot of things you just didnt want to drao with especially when paying alot of money. I spent 555 dollars for two nights that none of slept at all. I spent one morning at 5am in ky car to get an hour of sleep. It was more quiet in my vehicle than in our room. Id honestly like my money back. We were woken up so many times by loud trucks, reving engines, police sirens, ambulances and fire trucks. They also only provided us with 2 towels for a family of 4. It was dirty outside and very low budget vibe. I honestly would like my money back. Thanks for a bad time and now i need to take another day off work to get back the rest i lost on my vacation.

The room was adequate, but too near a busy road. No continental breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. For the price I guess it was fine. The other hotels near by were much more expensive.

Rooms had recently been renovated and were decent, but the boxspring mattress had no cover and was filthy, each bed only had two very small pillows, and I had to walk up three flights of very old stairs to get to my room.

This hotel is safe, clean, courteous, and they are dog friendly. I would go back again.

The rooms were great! Clean and comfortable. The outside was a bit dated and the stairs were sketchy.. The road noise is really bad and due to the hospital a block away, you get the Ambulance, Police and Firetruck noise.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. It was extremely noisy 24 hours a day. Could not sleep. 😩

All around for the location ( we were at the Pacific Northwest Nationals at Puyallup Fairgtounds. And the fantastic staff I would stay there again.

Basecamp was a great stay! The room was roomy and clean, the staff was amazing and friendly. well definitely be back next year when I visit the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Basecamp, the room was clean and newly remodeled it looked like. The staff was super friendly and attentive to our needs. There were a few things I would change, one would be maybe updating your quilts/comforters they look a bit worn out. Another thing would be the noise from the traffic and sirens. Other than those few things we enjoyed our stay and would probably consider staying here again in the future!

On expedia I had reserved a room with double queens. According to the hotel they only have single bed rooms so that was difficult for a family of 5.
