Beautiful seaside hike to local beaches.

We were SO well taken care of. The staff was so helpful and walked the extra mile. Great breakfast, beautiful area with nice pools and view, convenient car rental service, beautiful room (704).

This wasn’t a good experience. Nothing like the pictures. The apartment was nothing like in the pictures. The toilet had no proper seat and I had to fix the shower myself with a knife as a tool. The sink was dripping water 24/7 and our bed was literally a madrass over stone bricks for zero comfort! The TV did not work and there was a small room attached to the appartement that gave us the impressions that employees going to the toilet were in our kitchen. We wish also the driveway to the parking to have less holes and the outside like garden or terraces to be cleaned once in a while. Doors handlers and closets could not work properly too! Maintenance is allowed! Bad stay! Employees there were kind, but did nothing, this is low as compensation. Money back please!

Great location and very friendly staff. The property is a huge, fragrant garden that invites you to linger. Our 1-bedroom apartment was spacious, typically Portuguese in design. Unfortunately, the kitchen equipment left a lot to be desired, as did the wifi reception in the room and the heating system. The bathroom urgently needs renovation: the toilet seat seems too small, which is why the lid falls ungently into the back when used. The drain in the shower does not work properly, the tap at the sink leaks, and the grout has numerous dark stains. On the whole, the price-performance ratio is okay.

The breakfast provided surpassed expectations. There was a wide array of dishes, offered buffet style, with everything from traditional breakfast foods, to fruits, salads and pastries. The wife was spotty in the room where I was staying but quick and consistent in the reception area. Can't really think of anything more I could want except maybe a better selection of "snacks' offered by the bar area because the nearest restaurant was over a km away and you were out of luck if you hadn't made a reservation to get into one of those rstaurants earlier.

Hot water would come in spurts after a long time running tepid water. There is an extra charge to use the safe. We should have paid for it since the cleaning staff left the window wide open while we were out a couple of times. Luckily nothing was taken from our room.

Kinda tough finding nice places at a reasonable price in the Algarve in September. This place turned out to be the perfect fit! Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Nice breakfast each morning, staff friendly, and helpful. WIFI is in the common area at bar/check-in office for the property is very spread out.
