Paradise Gardens 1 is situated in the Universal area of Kato Paphos within walking distance of the municipal sandy beaches, the picturesque Harbor, the shopping center, the night life and all other amenities. Paradise Gardens is an award-winning resort and one of the best complexes in Paphos. The complex has beautiful, landscaped gardens and large overflow swimming pool plus a children's pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing and sun loungers.
This two-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor and benefits with private garden that brings you straight to the pool. The master bedroom sports a double size bed with own bathroom. The other bedroom is furnished with two single beds with a dedicated bathroom. The flat has a small veranda that takes you directly to the communal swimming pool.
A modernly living area furnished with sofa, coffee table, flat screen smart TV which is connected with kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen offering a fridge/freezer, hob (electric), oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, extractor hood, microwave, plates, forks, spoons, knifes, pots, pans, tea and coffee cups, water and wine glasses and everything you need for a self-catering holiday.
Air conditioning throughout the apartment for both cooling and heating. Property offers private covered parking. All bedding, bath towels, beach towels, hairdryer, iron board and iron are supplied. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included.
The property is located only 5 minutes' walk from the most animated area in Paphos - Kato Paphos. This is an ideal location within walking distance of all amenities including the Harbor, supermarkets and shops of all types, banks, pharmacies, archaeological sites and schools. There is also an abundance of restaurants, tavernas and bars for entertainment. Kato Paphos is built around the harbor where Paphos Castle stands. The castle was originally a Byzantine fort built to protect the harbor. It was re-built by the Lusignan in the 13th century, taken down in 1570 by the Venetians who were unable to defend it against the Ottomans, who in their turn restored and strengthened it after capturing the island. The legacy of the town's remarkable history adds up to nothing less than an open museum, so much so that UNESCO added the entire town to its World Cultural Heritage List. Among the treasures unearthed are the remarkable mosaics in the Houses of Dionysos, Theseus and Aion, beautifully preserved after 16 centuries under the soil. Then there are the mysterious vaults and caves, the Tomb of the Kings, the pillar to which Saint Paul was allegedly tied and whipped and the ancient Odeon Theatre. Within the harbor are many boats and catamarans where you can take a trip out to see the beautiful coastline of Paphos. Kato Paphos has a regular bus service to Pano Paphos and also to Coral Bay passing Tomb of the Kings, Chloraka, and Kissonerga en-route via the coast road.

Direction from Paphos Airport
From Paphos Airport, head towards Paphos , you keep going straight through a small round about and traffic lights (heading towards Yeroskipou village). You will then come to a large roundabout with the large shop ERA on the right. At this roundabout take the first exit left. At the next lights you take a right, then first left. You continue straight down this road passing the farm supermarket on your left. You then turn Into Paradise Gardens 1on your left. You are Block C.
Under the parking area is the door to 003.
There is a locked key box in the post box number 003 ( facing to the right of the front door).
The code to receive the key is
