New flat measuring approximately 80m², located on the 4th and top floor of the Fritillaire residence. It can accommodate 4 adults and 3 children and comprises two double bedrooms and a cabin bedroom. Situated close to the shops, you have access to the ski slope just 340 metres from the residence and can ski back down to the slopes.

- Living room with TV, south-facing balcony, lounge and dining area, wood-burning fireplace
- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, oven, etc.)
- Bedroom cabin: 1 bunk bed 3 single beds (one 90x170cm and two 90x190cm) with access to laundry room (washer-dryer)
*French regulation does not allows children under 6 years old to sleep on the top bunk
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160x200) en suite with shower, double washbasin, heated towel rail and toilet
- Separate bathroom with bath, single washbasin and heated towel rail
- Separate WC

- Ski locker located at -1 of the residence
- A covered locker located in building F, to the right of the "Fritillaire" entrance, equipped with: boot racks, ski racks, bench, electric car socket. Direct access also from level -1 of the residence.
- A second covered locker located in the main car park of the Domaine de l'Ariondaz (building I), level 1, n°65, (Height: 2m05 Length: 4m90 Width: 2m57)
