Gorgeous house by the seaside, this newly built house is fully equipped for your holidays with friends and/or family. A wonderful experience of Plouguerneau is guaranteed!
At the ground floor, you will find a nice open kitchen, with a dinig area and a living room. This large room is fully open on the terrasse, if you want to enjoy the sun.
There is also a large master bedroom with its own bathroom, and a separate toilet.
At the first floor, you will enjoy two double bedrooms, and one room with two single beds. There is a big bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
There is a nice view on the neighborhood, and on the sea from two bedrooms.

GARDEN: There is a lovely terrasse for enjoying the sun, a nice grass and a pétanque field.

SURROUNDINGS:
The house is at just 400m from the beach of korejou. It is a nice place to go by foot to the nautical club, discovering the fauna on the beach, and enjoy the seaside.
The footpath GR34 will lead you all around Plouguerneau and Brittany.

NB: For your information, cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This includes cleaning and disinfecting the house at the end of your stay. However, you will be asked to clean the house and dispose of your garbage on a daily basis. If this is not the case, we can offer you a complete cleaning service at a cost of €30/hour. Please let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements to meet your needs.
