Take your next Lake Tahoe vacation to Mountain Bliss in Tahoe City, also known as Cinco Vista. This luxurious lake view home, constructed in 2021-2022, features contemporary luxury living in the picturesque setting of Lake Tahoe. Boasting panoramic lake views and an array of upscale amenities, this home is meticulously designed to cater to the refined tastes and high expectations of its guests.
The upper level includes gourmet wrap-around kitchen with commercial appliances and oversized island with seating for 2. Open to the kitchen is the dining room with a seating for up to 10 table guests. Also on the upper level is the spacious living room with cathedral ceilings, a rock fireplace, and an 80" widescreen TV. Step right outside from the living area to the main deck with a propane barbecue and outdoor shaded dining for 12 people.
The middle level holds the primary bedroom featuring a king bed, dual vanity, and a walk-in shower. There is an additional king bedroom, queen bedroom, and a hall bathroom with a tub.
The lower level has a king bedroom, a bunk room with 2 bunk beds and one twin, and a bonus family room with a sitting area and TV. Also you will find a full hall bathroom with a walk-in shower and access to the new hot tub located on the back patio.
The house comes fully equipped with amenities including free high-speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels, kitchen essentials, TV with smart TV apps, two washer & dryers, and barbecue. To add to the luxurious aspect of this home, each of the five bedrooms offer stunning lake views. The property is centrally located between Kings Beach and Tahoe City and is in very close proximity to the Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area, 2 miles from Tahoe City via a bike path, and 3 miles to Waterman's Landing, a dog-friendly beach. Please note that the property has several stairs leading from the garage to the home and between different levels, making it less suitable for guests with mobility issues.

* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
* Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
