Listed in the general inventory of monuments and artistic riches of France, these residences have been restored with special affection and dedication over a period of eight years. This restoration testifies both to the challenges overcome and the deep satisfaction of having brought back to life a precious historical relic.
La Fenière and La Bergerie, nestled in the heart of 120 hectares of truffle groves, enjoy a privileged location near the charming hamlet of Saint-Grégoire, on the ancient transhumance route used by the herds from Arles. These exceptional places are imbued with serenity, authenticity, and offer an extensive panoramic view from Sainte-Baume to Dévoluy, passing through Luberon and Verdon. Come discover this often overlooked Provence, with its exceptional climate offering more than 300 days of sunshine per year, and its sky of remarkable purity, a true paradise for astronomy enthusiasts. The two houses, fully restored in 2012, open their doors to you all year round. With their respective surfaces of 72m² and 120m², they offer spaces with unique charm and exceptional views of the garden and the Valensole plateau. Functional and very comfortable, they can accommodate up to four and five people respectively.

La Fenière features a living room and a dining room, enhanced by a stove and a television integrated into an exposed pebble wall, offering a warm and authentic atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. The toilets are separate, and the two bedrooms offer absolute comfort, with a double bed of 160x200 cm in the first and two single beds of 90x200 cm in the second, all equipped with duvets for cozy nights. The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower and retro-style washbasins, adding a touch of charm to this relaxation area.
As for La Bergerie, you will be welcomed on the ground floor by a spacious living-dining room set in a large vaulted room of 58 m², equipped with a stove, a television, and Wi-Fi for your comfort and entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need with an electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Separate toilets complete this level for added convenience.
Upstairs, two bedrooms await you: the first with a 160×200 cm bed for optimal rest, while the second offers three 90×200 cm beds, all equipped with duvets for cozy nights. You will also find a large bathroom with an Italian shower and double washbasins, as well as separate toilets for added comfort and privacy. We provide bedding sets and bath towels for your optimal comfort.
For families with children, we offer a selection of additional accessories to make your stay even more enjoyable. These include a crib, high chair, booster seat, baby lounger, bathtub, changing mat, child-friendly tableware, bottle warmer, and potty.
Outside these two houses, enjoy private gardens with garden furniture and barbecues, as well as a shared family pool, open from mid-May to late September, depending on weather conditions. Parking is also provided for the comfort of our guests.
