Sobre este casa para alugar
The Maid's Quarters Suite is a separate living space inside historic Quincy House that includes 2 newly restored rooms (bedroom & living room) & a modern bathroom.
Stay in the once humble, privately accessed, maid's section of this 10,000 square foot mansion, lavishly decorated in Victorian era detailing and high style. Enjoy period antiques, wall coverings and oil paintings seamlessly uniquely paired with all the modern amenities including free high speed WiFi Internet.
The bedroom includes a restored original bed with queen sized coil/gel hybrid mattress with luxury bedding in a jewel-toned French inspired decor. The en suite 3 piece bathroom includes antique tiling, custom rain shower, Cararra marble sink, plush towels and toiletries. Relax in the attached but separate living room with cozy seating, 50" smart TV with all the channels, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee station, walk in closet and spare twin pull out bed. Enjoy the views atop Quincy Hill from this 140+ year old landmark. The Maid's Quarters Suite includes ceiling fans in both rooms, is on the 2nd floor, no elevator and 450 sq. ft.
Quincy House, completed in 1882 is an Italianate Victorian mansion built by Quincy Mining Company to prominently house its highest ranking area official, the Agent aka Supervisor. It is the last standing mining company agent's house among the many mines that once exploited the area for copper. Built more lavishly than other mine company structures, it served as a social center during the copper mine boom. Quincy House is currently undergoing restoration and preservation. You're staying in the private, newly restored rear section of the house. We reside in the separate front section that is under restoration. Both sections are closed off from each other and you will not be disturbed by construction during your stay. Your privacy and comfort is our utmost concern. We are happy to give guests tours and talk about the history upon request.
Quincy House has, is and will be undergoing restoration and preservation for years to come. In no way will this negatively effect your stay.
In fact your stay will benefit the house as all proceeds we receive from your visit are put directly into the Quincy House Preservation Foundation, a 501c3 charitable nonprofit organization formed and operated by us to sustain the house now and for the future as a valuable historic educational interpretation of Copper Country history.

At first glance the house might be something you’d pass by but upon driving up on the property, and stepping inside you’ll find this stay has more than what just meets the eye.
Our stay was absolutely amazing! The room has been impeccably renovated and has everything you’d need for your stay, walking in and feeling so welcomed by not only the hosts but the room itself was a blessing after our long drive. The attention to detail in the room and the hospitality was so refreshing, and honestly a million times better than staying at a hotel.
Our hosts responded very fast if we needed absolutely anything, showed us around the grounds, and were again more than welcoming
I promise if you stay with these hosts and their amazing stay… you’ll never want to stay in a hotel again.
Will be booking again!
