Complex is located right on Lake Dillon. Sleeps 6. Floor to ceiling windows in the living area allow you to be surrounded by the views. Spacious living room with flatscreen and gas fireplace. Free WiFi and cable. Fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Dining table seats 4. Kitchen bar seats 3. This south facing condo is full of light. Large covered private deck can be used year-round. Walk down the steps and out to the lakefront. Ski locker outside the front door. Pay washers and dryers are just behind the middle stairwell at the carport level. Designated carport for 1 vehicle just below the unit.

Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops open January-March which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.
In the Summer: On the Summit County Recreation/Bike path with over 55 miles of paved trails. Easy walk to town, Friday Farmers Market, parks, sculptures. Take an easy flat walk along the shore or footpath to the Dillon Marina, Tiki Bar and the Dillon Amphitheater for shows from June to September.

This condo was perfect for our group. Fantastic views, easy access to town, simple check in and check out process. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great location for paddle boarding and hiking. We could also walk to the farmer’s market. The unit was very clean and spacious. The check in process was easy. We loved the view on the patio, but it would be a more usable space for dining and relaxing with a shade or umbrella, as the sun is intense. Overall, it was a great trip.
