Facing the entrance, the kitchen, completely renovated and custom-made, invites you to explore its semi-troglodyte part fitted out and equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, oven, hotplates, filter coffee machine, and a large countertop. work to cook comfortably. You can take advantage of the stable temperature of this troglodyte room to cool off, even in the event of extreme heat or heatwave.

Upstairs, a landing leads to a large double bedroom, a bathroom equipped with a practical shower and a second bedroom, with two pull-out single beds and a desk perfect for teleworking.

Continue upstairs to discover the final double bedroom, which offers direct access to the garden through a door opposite the bedroom. In this garden, you will have the necessary furniture to be able to have meals in the middle of a pleasant, calm and green setting. A small vegetable garden (tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, etc.) and herbs (parsley, mint, basil, chives, etc.) will be at your disposal to enhance your recipes depending on the season.
