This house was perfect. Plenty of space for the six of us with enough privacy for all. The kitchen has everything you need and the grill worked perfectly. The location was fantastic and we road the bikes daily. 10 out of 10. We will be back!

We have visited St. Simons for about 5 years now and this was our best accommodation ever.
A new and huge house just minutes away for the pier.
3 big bedrooms and baths downstairs fit us great. And there was upstairs space to spare.
Beautiful and incredibly comfortable furniture, TV's, front porch, plenty of "at the door" parking. And a huge and amazing kitchen.
Excellent condition, extremely clean and well stocked.
The owner Juile lives next door and is very personable and very helpful.
We were so happy that we plan to try to book this house again next year. And that's a HUGE compliment!
PS- or two little pups loved the smooth, cool and carefree floors and space to explore and plop down! They Voted 5 Paws.
As long-time renters this place is a real Gem.

The house is lovely. The bedding and pillows are old and lack comfort. Four bathrooms but only one hair dryer and no soap in any of them. We had eight people in the house at Christmas time so we surely could have used more than two garbage bags. Even though the rental lacks the little extras that would make it wonderful, its price was good and it was perfect for a family get together.

We had a wonderful post Christmas getaway with our family at this well equipped property. Plenty of space for our group of five adults and five children. Great gathering spaces but privacy as well in the four bedroom areas with en suite bathrooms. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and waterfront. Highly recommend!

The house was clean and beautiful—great location near the beach and village. The only issue was the AC unit was incredibly loud in two of the downstairs bedrooms. It probably needs maintenance work. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

We came to SSI to celebrate my sons 30th birthday. The house was perfect and absolutely gorgeous. The neighborhood was quiet, quaint and a great location. A short golf cart ride to the Village and even shorter to the beach.

We had an absolutely incredible vacation and this beautiful home was the icing on the cake. Despite a hurricane coming through, our host was exceptionally accommodating and thoughtful. The home was more than we could have asked for and it served as the perfect spot for an engagement weekend.

Beautiful home, very spacious and accommodating. Well equipped kitchen and the outside shower was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again! Julie communicated and responded to issues in a timely manner. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs/wagon/and bikes from the garage and that beach towels were also available for our use. We chose to rent a golf cart for the week since our group included older adults who were not able to walk the 0.7 miles to the beach.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home during the sea island women’s amateur golf tournament.
We had a wonderful and peaceful place to come back to each night after all the golf. Truly a blessing for us after a long day in the heat.

I rent one of my homes regularly and learned a lot about how to be a better host from staying at this home.
First, the home is perfect. Very comfortable, clean, nice, modern, roomy - - everything you would want for a beach home. 4 bedrooms with 4 very nice, modern, clean bathrooms connected. The kitchen is stylish and modern and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The garage is loaded with bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, etc. The house comes with about a dozen beach towels - - not just 3 or 4.
The host responded very promptly to all inquiries.
I hope to have the chance to stay again - - so would the other 6 people who were with me.

We were in St. Simons for a conference and brought our families with us. The kids enjoyed helping us cook in the spacious kitchen, vegging out on the extremely large couch, riding the bicycles and tricycle, and much more. This was the perfect house for us. Thank you!

The eight ceiling to floor windows across the front of the house, high ceilings that reached two stories in the main living area, and over two thousand feet of open space make for a spacious setting for family time in this beautiful beach home. The large closet in the master bedroom was helpful, and the storage room was filled with fun beach equipment—bikes, a wagon, corn toss game, etc. the gas grill came in handy for burgers and steaks.
Our extended family enjoyed many pleasant meals as well as early morning coffee and late night conversations there. We also appreciated the pack n’ play for the new great-grandchild and the beach towels for visits to the beach.
The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation with a crock pot, coffee pot and keurig as well as a generous supply of cookware and serving dishes.
Parking in front will accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Our family is growing now that the grandchildren are getting married. We have many good memories associated with this rental and wish we could continue to gather here each summer. Thanks, Julie, for being a wonderful host.

We had a lovely stay at this very modern, well decorated home. My husband, dog and myself stayed for six weeks and had three different families come for week-long visits. When each of our guests entered the home, the reaction was "WOW this is beautiful"! We always had plenty of room for everyone and the three kids loved the upstairs loft-like bedroom. They also played in the treehouse. The house is a mile-long walk to Pier Village and a mile-long walk to East Beach.
The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was nice for cooking. Also, Julie, the owner was very responsive and lovely to work with. We had a great time and would book again.

The home is bigger than you'd imagine. There was plenty of room for 5 young grandchildren, 6 adults and the family dog to romp, run, and play. The kids and dog loved running circles around the center stairs, which were also convenient to "walk" the baby to get her to sleep.( 100 steps/lap!) The amenities of the house and island were perfect. The biggest perk was having Julie to address any issues with speed and accuracy.

This might be the best property we’ve ever stayed in! Spacious, super clean, and a fantastic location on the island. The kitchen is really well stocked and the beds are super comfy. Julie was so awesome to work with too!

centrally located spacious house only 5 minutes by car to the Sea Island golf courses & village. The bedrooms are nicer than the appear in the pictures & it was great to each have our own bathroom. Plenty of place to spread out, prepare some meals and hang out on the front porch. Highly recommend.

Loved the potential of this place with a beautiful location and backyard for enjoying. Thanks to Jungle our stay was an enjoyable experience. I would just suggest some more minor improvements such as fixing the whole property and make it more appealing and making the backyard a little more secure for dogs and kids so that family can enjoy the beautiful backyard to its full potential. Other than that, our stay was really good and thank you Jungle for being so responsive throughout our stay.

This house was perfect for our extended family trip to Saint Simon’s Island. The house is very spacious and clean. The open floor plan of the living room and kitchen is perfect for family visits and catching up. I also liked that the neighborhood was quiet and great for a morning run. This house is so much more than you expect. Wide open living space and a large kitchen with plenty of room for everyone. We spent Christmas there with another family and had the perfect vacation. It was our second stay and we hope to have many more.

We loved this property so much, and it was perfect for our Thanksgiving celebration with our teen and young adult kids and extended family. As other reviews have said, the pictures don't do it justice. It is a large and very comfortable space. Beds and seating all very comfortable and plenty of room to spread out! We especially loved the bikes that were available to us to ride all over the island by our kids and there was a dog park nearby for our furry family member to enjoy. Everything was just wonderful! Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were very much amazed with how beautiful the home is, the pictures did not do it justice. We had plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and 2 children, and although the house is not on the beach, we had no issues with using public access to the beach less than a mile away, even in the middle of July. We used the bicycles stored at the house and the kids now want a tree house of their own at home too. If we can, we would not hesitate to rent this property again next year for our summer vacation.
