Brand new and modern house with garden for rent by the sea with 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed, for 6 guests, managed by BelcantoVillas.
Located in the center of Torre del Lago Puccini (Viareggio), 2.7 km from the sea and close to the train station and all services: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, tobacconist, greengrocer and supermarket.
An electric driveway gate is accessed from an area (80 m2, 861 sq ft) that "Marty's house for 6" has in common with the rental property "Marty's house for 3".
In this condominium area it is allowed to enter by car only for unloading luggage, electric car charging (there is a special charging station), and for parking bicycles. Only if you rent both houses can you also park there.
The privacy area of the property begins with a beautiful gravel garden (35 m2, 377 sq ft), where a umbrella, a dining table for 6 and a barbecue, they make us enjoy pleasant moments in the open air and al fresco dinners. Adjacent is the laundry area with washing machine.
The property (95 m2, 1.023 sq ft) with six sleeps is on two floors (ground floor and first floor) and overlooks this private garden.
Upon request (at an additional cost of 50 euros per stay) it is possible to have a cot or an additional bed for a seventh guest.
Local transport in Torre del Lago is convenient and well served.
The train station (Torre del Lago) is just 100m away and connects with Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, 5 Terre... All splendid locations that can be visited in a day.
The bus stop for Viareggio is near the house.
The electric driveway gate gives privacy and security, the courtyard shared by the two properties is made of fine white gravel, brand new and elegant.
The private garden is fenced and has complete privacy, is decorated with fine white gravel and a green area where you can stay under the umbrella, cook on the barbecue and enjoy pleasant al fresco dinners freshat a table of 6.
The accommodation is very close to all amenities: tobacconists, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, newsagent, greengrocer, small store, supermarket, coin-operated laundromat, laundry/ironing shop, pharmacy, bank, post office...
It's all very convenient and close by, for a truly relaxing holiday!
In Torre del Lago there are beaches of fine white sand, both equipped with paid bathing establishments and beaches with free entry: you can access them from the pine forest and from dunes scented with strawberry tree, pine and broom.
There are many paths in the midst of nature to explore on foot and by bicycle, including through the Migliarino-San Rossore Pineta National Park.
For mountain lovers, the Apuan Alps are only a few km away, and offer paths and refuges from which to admire breathtaking views.

The Golf Course Forte dei Marmi is located about 15 km away.
Parking is free in all the streets adjacent to the property.
Inside the electric gate there is the column for charging electric cars.
The car can park inside the electric gate (in the common area with the other property) only for the time to unload luggage or recharge the electric car, or you can park inside the electric gate only if you rent both properties of "Marty's House". The cost for charging electric vehicles is €0.55 per kWh, to be paid in cash the evening before departure. Please report your usage to us.
You can park your car nearby easily and at no cost (up to the large station car park).
The bicycles (which you can rent in the nearby shop) can be parked safely in the common courtyard beyond the secure electric gate.

The internal spaces measure 95 m2 (1.023 ft2) and are distributed over two floors: ground and first.
On the ground floor the 6 guests have at their disposal a large living room which overlooks the private garden and is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed double bed (140 cm wide), a dining table for 6 people and a kitchenette, complete and well-equipped: fridge, freezer, 4 burners, traditional oven, microwave, coffee machine coffee (with pods), pots and pans, dishwasher...
On the floor there is also a nice bathroom with window and shower (and large shower telephone) and a double bedroom (160 cm wide).
On the upper floor there is the second double bedroom (160 cm wide) which has a pleasant view of the private garden.
The apartment is brand new and finely furnished. The floors are all in a beautiful wood-effect porcelain stoneware.
All rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning (hot/cold).
Our opinion: it is the ideal accommodation for a family or a group of friends who want to spend some good time together in the open air: the garden is large, well-furnished and everything to enjoy! The tourist town is well served and the sea is easily accessible by bicycle.
