For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there are plenty of options nearby, including sailing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and more. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool, explore the nearby beaches, or enjoy a leisurely stroll or bike ride, this condo has it all.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation in the area. Please note that parking is $150 per stay per the HOA.

This is a golf course front unit. Please note that the course is pretty to look at, but guests are not able to play. There are ample public golf courses in St. Petersburg and nearby towns for golfers.
This unit is not recommended for families with young kids, as this is a quiet and laid back community.
No Pets are allowed
Please note there is one exterior facing camera on the back patio.
We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled.
Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
-Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.
