Inside, this home features a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances to make meal prep easy! Dine in the cozy breakfast nook, shoulder-to-shoulder at the breakfast bar, or gathered around the nearby dining table - great for rainy day board games! After exciting days out or fantastic meals in, switch on the central air-conditioning and then meet up in the living area where you'll find multiple seating options and a TV ready to stream all your favorite channels using your own accounts.

Outside, dine alfresco in the open air, let the kids run and play in the yard, take a refreshing swim in your pool, or soothe your body and mind in your private hot tub.

Things to Know

The hot tub is only available between November 15th and March 15th. The additional fee to keep the water over 100F is $10/night.

For air-conditioning and heating (available between December 1st and February 28th), additional seasonal charges apply to adjust the temperature settings.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
