Please note: New home construction next door is scheduled to begin in June 2024, but there is no construction activity after 5 or 6 PM. There is a lower-level apartment occasionally occupied by the owners. It is not a second vacation rental property. The owner's apartment has a separate driveway and entrance, and there are no shared spaces.

There is an electric car charging station nearby at the Black Mountain Public Library. Firewood is not provided for the outdoor fireplace, but guests can purchase bundles of wood at any local grocery store or convenience store.

Stone Court will have some holiday decor but no Christmas tree. Homes are typically decorated by the first week of December. For specific timing of decor, we recommend contacting Greybeard Rentals to find out more details.
