We were very much looking forward to spending the night after a long drive and an amazing concert at Gas South Arena. Unfortunately, while the place was “ok”, it was not at all what we expected, given what was described in the listing. It appears the cleaning crew was not good, as there were bits of food on the coffee table and quite a bit of dirt and debris on the floors. Towels were stained and one of the “bedrooms” had some sort of folded wooden structure crammed next to the bed, making it less than comfortable. Location was good. Just not worth the $$ (over $200 for one night?) We’ve stayed in other places that were much cleaner and more inviting for much less.

Our stay was very pleasant. Clean house with plenty of space. Hosts were very helpful and available even prior to our arrival.

Worst stay do not recommend and do not waste your money. I inquired about this property to stay as a female alone with my daughter. It is a basement level rental with pool. Owner advised me that no one would be present upstairs as it was for sale and they would be at their other home. He also advised me that a key would be left by the basement door. Upon arrival there was no key but the door was unlocked, check in was at 4. An hour and a half into our stay we get a knock at the back basement door. I looked out the window and saw a man. I asked who he was through the door as know one was supposed to be there. He said he was the owner. I opened the door and he walked right in. Started looking around the house for the key he said the cleaner left. Then proceeded to check on the cleaning ladies job she did while during our stay. The house did not look like it had been cleaned. Dead bugs on the floor. Dirty. Ceiling tiles missing. He then asked us if we’d be going in the pool and we said yes. He said “okay I’ll be out cutting grass if y’all need anything.” He then stayed upstairs with music blaring. Biggest issue is I specifically asked if anyone else would be there and he said no. I did not like having my daughter in a basement with a man upstairs I didn’t know and would have not rented if he did not lie about vacancy. There was also no proper lock on my side of the basement for him not to enter. My husband advised me to leave so I did by 6:30. Owner refused to refund any money.

Really enjoyed the pool and outside area

My family stayed here for my nieces graduation. I've been renting with a different site for years but couldn't find the right space for this trip. I signed up with Vrbo and this was my first experience.....This one of the coolest places I've ever stayed. You'd never guess you were in the heart of a major U.S. city. The host was wonderful and if we're ever back this way I know where I'll be staying
