After settling in we were asked to move rooms. Apparently the person below us didn’t want to hear us walking around and called to front desk to have us moved.

We stayed here before and loved the jetted tub. Natasha at the front desk awesome and super helpful. Keep her happy. The bed was not as comfy as we remembered.

It's a very clean, comfortable hotel. We really missed having any sort of restaurant/bar/breakfast facility. However, they had an efficient, friendly shuttle service that we used for the airport and nearby restaurants.

The Dimond was clean and convenient location. The lobby could use some freshing up, the entrance is a small revolving door which is cumbersome to get luggage through and the handicap door did not work. I know we’re in Alaska and it does get cold but it was around 60° outside. It was warm for us, but yet there was no air conditioning in the hotel room. They had a fan which lowered to 60 and you could open the window. When I inquired, they weren’t sure if there was air conditioning, but said that they do have portable fans that I could use for the room. So I had to keep the window open, but our room was facing a small courtyard in the middle of the night. There was a woman outside, speaking very loudly on the phone who woke us up. I would recommend staying here again, but making sure you don’t get a room near the courtyard. If you have to open the window and I wouldn’t stay if it’s really hot outside because the entire hotel was very hot.

Great for a place to stay before leaving for the airport the next day. Clean, friendly staff, great bathtub in the king size room. Breakfast was fine. No complaints.

Staff were friendly and the kitchen staff went above and beyond. We were leaving the following day prior to the kitchen opening, so they gave us a to go container and let us take extra bagels for the next day. It was great as a snack on our train ride. The shuttle driver was also friendly and super helpful!

My home away from home. Classy, kind staff and large clean rooms at a fair price.

The room are spacious, the desk and housekeeping staff are friendly. The shuttle ride is very comfortable. The breakfast option needs work. The juise was watery, the french toast was and turkey sausage was hard to chew. You need non dairy creamer option fir coffee.
