We stayed there for 2 nights chose all in losing for convenience. BUT we might as well of eaten out. Options weren’t the greatest. Nothing really for a vegan/vegetarian unless you paid extra an ordered off the menu. Cockroaches in our rooms. Towels were stained, beds uncomfortable. It is what it is but wouldn’t recommend

Unique is a good description. Just perched on the ocean cliff gives a feeling of being on a ship. Spectacular views. No coffee available until 8am breakfast time was a downside. Will visit again.

Adiasa at the front desk was awesome. The staff was super friendly. The bad reviews to me are not a fair evaluation. Rooms a little outdated but clean. Overall I would rate 4.2 out of a 5.0 for the price.

Enjoyed my stay. Staff extremely helpful. Rooms are extremely clean. Had a double room with 2 double beds. The dining options was limited, but guest have the option of dining at Legends Beach (Samsara sister Hotel). Guest also have the option to use the beach. These are great additional facilities to Samsara Cliff Resort

The customer service provided by the staff at the facility was excellent and the room was commendably clean. One of the main disappointments experienced was the absence of several recreational activities depicted upon booking. It should also be noted that the resort is not as newly renovated as the pictures posted.

My family spent 5 days at the Samsara. First disappointing thing was to arrive and be offered a late lunch of burgers, chicken salad and pizza…who goes all the way to Jamaica to eat American food? We requested drinks with our meal and were told we had to go downstairs to the bar order and wait for the drinks and bring them back to our table. The staff were not polite, they made us feel like we were disturbing them. We requested drinking water and were pointed in the direction of an igloo water cooler with paper cups dangling from the side. When I asked for a bottle of water, I was advised that I would have to pay for it. I explained that we had purchased the all inclusive package… the staff advised that bottles of water were not included in the all inclusive package. I explained that my wallet was in the room and asked for the cost to be added to my room . The bar tender said that could not be done as the system was down, I had to pay cash or drink the tap water. I eventually purchased bottles of water from a store outside of the resort got back to the room to find we had no fridge, no microwave. On another occasion we decided to eat our meal outside by the sea and returned our plates to the bar area. The bar tender rudely told us that we should return the plates to the dining area… and we thought we were being polite by not leaving our dirty plates on the outside tables. The place was rundown, had lousy food, and impolite staff. Don’t go there!!!

One of the supervisor in the kitchen is forcing us out the restaurant but the yards man telling u it was not safe . Because we could not leave she started yelling at her employees IN front of everyone to let us go in the danger out in the storm with zinc flying everywhere. But overall chill and nice spot

This hotel has a lot of potential unfortunately we didn’t stay in the new part, but the old part was quite tired and needed refreshing. The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was quite damp that was due to it was built and the constant front of the water maybe but we love staying there just wish we could stay a bit longer experience the beginning was very welcoming
