It’s a good location and the host was responsive and communicative, but could work on the cleanliness, definitely recommend for location.

Excellent location

40 min check in process, lady did it for us but added me trice and tried to get me to pay for the extra city tax. She was very rude. Lots of ants and weak air conditioning. No coffee and the dishes were all in the dishwasher. Total amateur hour.

Excellent location

Beautiful apartment and so perfectly located. The bed was comfortable, it was very spacious, the check-in was easy, everywhere we wanted to go was easily walkable or close to public transportation. The AC worked very well which was important considering the heat! You can reserve here without hesitation!

Easy walk to Colloseum, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Easy access for Uber. Tight elevator for upper floors. Property felt secure and safe. Area felt safe. Plenty of nearby food options.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Having a whole apartment for the four of us really made our stay in Rome so comfortable. The space was beautiful and clean. Having a grocery store right around the corner and a full kitchen let us save some money on lunches. The convenient location was close to a lot of the sites we came to see on our vacation, as well as lots of great dining options. The only tiny downside was checkout being 10 AM, which was a bit rough when you're up late for dinner and drinks the night before and have four people and all of their stuff to wrangle. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the office, though, while we went out for brunch and last minute site seeing before leaving for our next stop.

Check in to Monti Apartments was very quick and easy. The apartment was exactly as described. We enjoyed the many dining venues around the property. It was a great stay for me and my family!

We loved everything about the apartment. The location was convenient. Staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. Having a working air conditioning in the unit was so helpful because Rome is extremely hot during the month of July.

My wife and I were on vacation with our friends and after the first night we started coughing and didn’t feel so great. We thought it was exhaustion, but on the last night of our stay in the bathroom we found black mold growing at the top.

Overall, I really enjoyed the stay. Pros-Location is excellent and the taxi set up made it easy. Place was clean and check-in was fast. Super close to the colosseum and ruins, restaurants and gelato places. A/C worked great and bathroom was very clean. Suggestions- A map of the town would be great for first time visitors. Instructions for using laundry and dish machine would be great. It was hard to use this type of machine since in our country its different. More toilet paper, I had to purchase extra. The trash dump instructions are hard to understand and we had a hard time finding the bins. Would be nice to have a more stocked apartment since no one wants to shop after a 14 hr flight. Cons- Street is loud and people are up all night. The beds are terribly uncomfortable. Very loud between upstairs and neighbors. Apartment is in a very crowded area of Monti.
