Although it is a new hotel, the full kitchen did not have a dishwasher, elevator for the three story Hotel and sound proofing

Beautiful facility, safe, and clean. Lacks available staff

The hotel is nice, the staff was very nice and accomodating! We were teaveling with our dog, the room smelled so bad it smelled like a kennel.

We booked 2 rooms and they said they only received a request for one and blamed it on Expedia. They were full and said there is a pull out couch that is comfortable and all 4 adults should be fine. Short version is all of a sudden they had a cancellation but they needed to get housekeeping to make sure the room was ready (6:30pm so if there was a reservation the room have already been ready!) we got the 2 rooms. Around 9:30pm our ceiling began to leak ALOT coming from the AC unit so bad we used 4 trash cans. Turned the AC off and it finally stopped. Another issue was when the toilet flushed the water leaked at the bottom. The front desk people were very polite but my gosh this was such a horrible experience. By the way, if you need the restroom go before u get there because there is not one available in the lobby

It was an odd place. Very comfortable but was a mixture of high end fixtures and electronics and low end finishings. It didn’t have an elevator so you have to lug up luggage but did include a continental breakfast, both were not mentioned. Music playing in the hall 24hr a day. It still in the process of being finished.

Customer service was very good. Hotel needs an elevator. Carrying luggages to the 3rd floor using the stairs was very challenging. Not suitable for a handicap. Hope an elevator would be installed ASAP.

Super spacious for a hotel room. Everything was new. Some minor issues as a result of new construction but staff was very friendly and helpful. Modern streaming TV. Reasonable close to Acadia National Park. Close to the LL Bean Outlet and good restaurants. Only one major drawback is the lack of an elevator.

All available rooms in the 3rd floor and NO elevator! Locked out of our room twice due to glitches in their electronic key system. No maid service available during our stay. This place is only 3 weeks open and has a number of bugs to work out for sure. Staff friendly enough but we’re limited in what they could provide. Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Would NOT recommend.
