Our place is a fenced off location with a long driveway that leads to the entrance. It’s right off of State Street in New Haven. Each room is cozy yet comfortable for 6+ guests. The master bedroom is off the kitchen with a spin bike for exercise. The second bedroom is quaint yet comfortable for two to sleep. The living room has a comfy pull out couch layered with additional padding for cushion and sleep comfort. We also have a recliner and 43inch Tv for viewing. The kitchen is my favorite room as it’s centrally located in the space to entertain all rooms and guests.

We have off street parking. However the city of new haven has tons of parking downtown that requires parking meters. There are a good amount of parking garages as well if you want coverage for your vehicle. Uber is super easy to get to and from along with Lyft. If you want to experiment city transit the bus pickup is right outside the front of our property and across the street.

You will easily be able to get in touch with myself and my co-hosts via our cell phones we all leave within a 5 minute drive of the stay.

The neighborhood is busy being that it is so close to highway access, bus access, a gas station and a collection of small business. It has sidewalk access for walking your dog and taking a quick walk. We are located off one of New Haven’s most popular streets, State Street. It’s a busy neighborhood so if you like easy access to commuting transportation, gas stations, corner stores, and highway access then our place is perfect for your stay.

Easiest way to get around in the city of New Haven is by Uber or Lyft. If you’re going to be visiting attractions such as beaches, breweries, etc. you are an Uber or Lyft away! However you are welcome to drive your own car as well.
