We had a fabulous stay! Great location, super clean and neat place. Our loft unit had two baths! Grocery store right next to the apartment! Front desk staff were very helpful. Wish that they store a bit more toiletries in the rooms. Overall a wonderful experience, and we will stay here again if coming back to visit Madrid.

The apartment was nice and spacious plus it was next to two supermarkets, one of which was open 24/7 (Carrefour). The place was clean except for its washing machine that smelled like mildew. Very affordable compared to other apartments as long as you book early. The location is just a 10-minute walk to Plaza Mayor but around the vicinity of the apartment, a lot of men are loitering the area. A few of them just hanging outside the entrance to the building where the apartment is located. On our second night at the apartment, there was a shouting match going on between a man and a security guard at Carrefour. There's also a strong smell of urine outside. Although we enjoyed our stay at MH Apartments, we won't be staying here nrxt time because of the smell on their washer and they don't have a dryer in the apartment. It's also noisy outside at night. The bathroom doors don't have a lock and the door handles of one bathroom and one bedroom keep coming off...lol. Oh, the bathroom sink in the bedroom was clogged when we got there but it was fixed the following day.

These apartments are beautiful. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and loved our view (although do ask if you could get a room facing the station stairs area). All the appliances needed were found in the room in perfect condition with instructions on how to use. (Took us time to find that). The microwave is a microwave oven just for anyone who didn’t know as well :) but even then the lovely reception lady gave us a hand with theirs before we sorted ours out. Great walking distance from all the popular sights and ultimately a great experience. Only negative which is not a bad thing just different is the water pressure is quite low coming from a UK resident but does the job. Great for families.

The apartment is very conveniently located. It is right opposite a square with a metro stop. There is a grocery store open 24 hours in the ground floor of the building. All major attractions of Madrid are within walking distance My husband and I stayed here with our 4 children (ages 16 - 21). There was plenty of room with 2 bathrooms. Only wish there was slightly more seating room in the living room area. There was a 3 seater sofa, an arm chair and an ottoman. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped to prepare basic breakfasts and lunches. Our unit didn't have a bottle opener - which seems like an essential in Spain! Check-in was easy. Great place to stay!

This property showed a lot of value. Excellent cleanliness, simple automated check-in process. A super market located feet away from the property was highly convenient however the neighborhood and the noise level (at times) can be a little high. With that said this place is an excellent value conveniently located 2-3 blocks away from PLAZA MAYOR.

The hotel is very near to a metro stop, and you can easily walk from the hotel to Plaza Mayor or Puerta del Sol.

Great property in the heart of city with a 24 hour market nearby. I would stay again without hesitation.

The location is excellent. Very close to major plazas. The apartment was big and had all that we need. What I did not like is that we stayed on the second floor (room 26) which was right above a store and it was very very noisy starting at 6am. It seemed that they moved furniture or something similar. The personal tried to move us but no luck, as the place was fully booked.

I would stay here again in the future.
