Fans of nature and the outdoors will love being 13 minutes by foot from Woolacombe Beach and 5 minutes by car from Barricane Beach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 3-minute drive to North Devon Coast or the 6-minute drive to Combesgate Beach (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Lovely location and property has bags of potential which is not quite met. Arrived in Feb and I imagine has not been used recently as was very musty smelling and needed airing for a couple of hours which considering the temp was not great. Main bedroom has a small double bed of which the mattress has seen better days and very soft and uncomfortable, room would fit a king size which most people are used to. Kitchen and living room comfortable and well appointees. Overall it was clean and the welcome bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch and the kitchen had a supple of dishwasher tablets and the coffee machine had pods ready to use. View of woolacombe bay was amazing.
