You'll find hiking and biking trails, golf lessons, and more on site at this pet-friendly cabin. With convenient uncovered onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the 16-minute drive to Black Hills National Forest or the 9-minute drive to Spearfish Canyon Scenic Byway.
After you return, you can unwind by the seasonal outdoor pool or sip a drink in the picnic area; you may also like the firepit and kids pool. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.
For your convenience, there's a microwave and cookware. Bathroom amenities include free toiletries, a hair dryer, and toilet paper. And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing. Other amenities include a dining area, bed sheets, and heating.
There is also a playground to enjoy. Those bringing along the family pet will appreciate the off-leash area and pet-sitting services.

The cabins are so cute and cozy! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all our needs for utensils and pots and pans and dishes. The fridge is good sized. My only complaint is the comfort of the futon and chairs but we didn’t really use them much because the outside was just to beautiful to stay indoors much.

The location was great, but DO NOT book through Orbitz or Expedia. Once I spoke with them directly I found it would have been significantly cheaper to contact them directly to book. I asked orbitz if they would honor the true price instead of their extremely inflated price they charged me and they refused. Great location just don’t EVER book through Orbitz or Expedia. They will rip you off!

We stayed in a cabin at Elkhorn Ridge and it was great! Everything was very clean and we had all the supplies we needed to cook and bathe. My only complaints are that the bed was very lumpy and there was no tea for the breakfast, though or even tea bags to buy in the store. Overall a great stay. I would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay.

We stayed here because of the location to the black hills and because of previous reviews. We rented one of the Mountain view cabins and they did not disappoint us. The property was rated a 10 and we agree. Elkhorn is a clean and nice property and would definitely stay here again.

The resort was beautiful and the stay was great. The only issue there was is that there were a lot of pet stations but no dog bags in them.

Really love everything about this place! Wish we were staying in the area longer. A few walking paths around the property, playground, laundry facility, the main office has small store and food- unfortunately we were here out of season so the little cafe was closed.

This was a large cabin at an RV resort. Very nice. Lots of sleeping space even though we didn’t need it. Full kitchen. So nice. The resort was really nice. Tennis and pickleball courts. I think it would be awesome in the summer when the pool is open!

Very clean, new, beautiful lawns and shrubbery, trees, and life-size wild animal sculptures. I highly recommend this place. Nicest RV resort I've ever stayed at.

We came with our motorcycle to rideand take in the scenic views. So we didnt partake in the amenities that this place has. Very friendly and beautiful. Would recommend this place to everyone.

We stayed during the off season in May. Property was very clean and well kept. Amenities weren't avaliable but we would love the chance to come back during the peak season!

Excellent excellent stay! We absolutely love this place! Very relaxing, peaceful, and quiet. Would highly highly recommend. The staff is absolutely wonderful! We will be back as often as we can!

I really enjoy staying at these cabins, you get to stay in cabins. They are not far from Rapid or Deadwood and its not anymore expensive than a hotel room.

I loved this property! I would absolutely stay again! Clean, well kept, fun activities, the park, cabin clean and well maintained.
One thing that was a bit bothersome was not having the receptionist "front desk" open over the weekend. It would of been nice to be able to contact them, but thankfully Maintenace did come to our cabin on a weekday (Friday) to fix our hot water heater.
Totally recommend this place, close to all areas, and also a private feel.
