This is a neighborhood of mountain homes. Beautiful views of Woodland Park!
You may encounter wildlife! It is common to see deer, turkey and bears roaming around. This neighborhood is about 13 minutes from downtown Woodland Park. Some of the roads are steep so 4WD or AWD will be necessary in the winter.

4 wheel drive may be needed to get to this location in the winter or in other bad weather. We HIGHLY recommend AWD or 4WD to get to the home. Sections of this neighborhood have dirt roads and some are paved. GPS may or may not work in this area. Apple Maps does not work for directions so please use MapQuest or another map program. Access to the house is easy - with a smart lock code

HOUSE 1
Main Floor:
Kitchen - with refrigerator, stove, microwave, regular coffee pot & Keurig, a crock pot, water dispenser & kitchen stocked with pots and pans, dishes and basic spices. The kitchen table seats 4.
Master bedroom has a large closet, a dresser, two nightstands and a King bed.
Living Room has a fireplace, couch (with recliners on each end), two chairs, a bench and access to the rear deck and loft
Bathroom has a shower

Upper:
Loft - with a queen bed. There is a portable closet in the loft for a place to hang clothes. The printer is also in the loft in case you need to print anything.

Lower
Bedroom with King Bed, bathroom with shower/tub, & access to laundry. The closet in this room is locked for an owner's closet but the laundry room has a place to hang clothes.

Bedroom with a king bed and walk outdoor to back yard.

HOUSE 2
Main Floor:
Kitchen - with refrigerator, stove, microwave, & kitchen stocked with pots and pans, dishes and basic spices. The kitchen table seats 6.
Living Room has a fireplace, sofa sleeper, a chair with ottoman and a smart TV.
There is a full bathroom on the main floor.
Walk out to the deck where you will find beautiful mountain views, a hot tub, patio furniture, gas fire pit and heat lamp.

Upper:
Loft - with a queen bed and a bunk bed with full size mattresses

Lower
Bedroom with King Bed, bathroom & access to laundry. There are mountain views from this bedroom.

Uber & Taxis are available but may be difficult to get on short notice. 4WD or AWD is highly recommended
Colorado Springs Airport is 36 miles away - about a 45 minute drive
Denver Airport is a two hour drive

House 1 - Two of the King Beds are Purple Mattresses! You will have a great night's sleep!
The pillows are highly desired and actually are Copper Pillows from Walmart!
The hot tub is working and available all year long!
There are 2 large humidifiers in the house for guests. It is very beneficial in the winter months as it can get dry up in the mountains.

House 2 - Spacious deck and incredible views of Woodland Park and the Continental Divide. The deck has plenty of patio furniture, a space heater, gas grill and hot tub!
