Villa Harmony is located in Colà di Lazise, a quiet village surrounded by greenery in the well-known tourist destination on the shores of Lake Garda. The beach is about 2.7 km away, and the center of Lazise is about 5 km away. The villa, approximately 120 square meters, has been recently renovated and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It is on the raised ground floor and features 2 spacious and bright double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two twin beds that can be joined, 2 windowed bathrooms complete with shower, washing machine, air conditioning, and wifi available to guests. The house also has a fourth room with a sofa bed and television that can accommodate an adult or two children. The bright living area opens onto a balcony and the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all comforts: dishes, refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, and dishwasher. There is a large table for dining together.

Guests can cool off in the brand new private pool (open 15th April to 15th October) or relax in the well-kept garden. A covered parking space is available for guests. This is a non-smoking house. Pets are allowed with a surcharge.

The final price consists of:

RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner
GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, linens, towels, courtesy line, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant.
Mandatory tourist tax to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Mandatory security deposit to be paid by credit card upon arrival: EUR 500.00
